I want to a do a 180 in my head, if Phil wanted Rambis why wouldn't he have hired him already? If you're hesitating this much and this long then you have know in your heart that you need to go in another direction. Let's hope Blatt is that direction.

That's the part that bugs me. People say Phil is doing this to make an excuse that there's no one else available and waiting until Rambis is the last option but...we all know Phil doesn't give a **** about perception, if he did, he wouldn't be out here tweeting picture of restaurants in Iowa and on vacation right now. If Rambis isn't signed at this point, I have to believe it's because Phil hasn't anointed him the chosen one. He could've gave Rambis the job the day after the season ended and called it a day. Who knows though?

True. Has Blatt interviewed elsewhere? Houston? I haven't heard anything but I may have missed it.

He interviewed in Sacramento I think. That and Houston are all I've heard outside of us.

            Money maybe?

He gave Fish 5/$25 and as sad as it is to say, Rambis is a much more proven coach () and achieved a comparable level of failure.

But hell, Phil's never been on NY time since he got there.

Do you prefer Blatt over Vogel? Or you don't think Vogel is being considered?

Personally I don't think Vogel will be considered. I think it's down to Blatt vs Rambis. If I was leading the search, Vogel would be my top choice.

Shoot I would've been contacting Thibodeau way before Fisher. Definitely would be going after Vogel now. Anyone is better than the Phil coaching tree

I'm really worried about the direction of this franchise.

Exactly.....I've been saying this a lot during the past 15 years....2012-13 was just a mirage.

Bring back the 90s teams. So much heart. They always left everything on the court

Phil is in charge of the roster, correct?

So why the hell didn't he show up at the Combine?
