    I am thinking about lowering the power to seven, but I still get decisions with it at eight. I did make some changes though elsewhere. I tried the speed higher than five and my fighter was landing at over a 70% clip.

    The stamina bump was because of the power punches the CPU throws. The counter window was raised because I average 7 a fight and the CPU averages 3. I raised it one and the CPU gets anywhere from 10-30 in a ten rounder, as do I. I am thinking about raising the OFF AI to five, but only if i can keep the punch percentages low. I toyed with it at 9 & 10, but the CPU forgot about defense. I am thinking about lowering punch output as well, not sure about that yet.

    As always, please let me know what you think.

      i'm using these with the exception of power at 7, stamina at 2, and punch output at 0.
      getting great fights with them. damage, stamina, and punch landed percentage are all spot on. the way i know these are perfect for me is: i choose 2 fighters in fight now. i fight twice using each fighter once. usually same fighter wins both fights (once with me controlling him and once with the cpu control) which tells me the fighter's ratings are the leading factor in the fights. occasionally i'll get swept and vice versa.
      i do my best to fight the actual fighter's style and not default to my personal fighting tendencies.
      i love this game right now. so much so that i'm having a tough time making enough time for mlb 11: the show! (greatest compliment a game can get:wink

        I have a question with these sliders. I am not seeing much stamina being drained throughout the fight from my boxer. I'm in Legacy fighting on Champion. The way I fight is usually 1-2 jab or straight to the body and then I dip out. Throughout the fight I keep adding to my combos, 1-2 to the body then add in a left or right hook up top. By the end of the fight, if the opponent isn't a Brawler, they have about 90% stamina to my 98-100% stamina with little to no damage.

        What can I do to rectify this, the patch I'm seeing made this game easy to play...I know because I now hold two titles. Should I move up to GOAT, is it really that much different?

          The stamina does drain differently on GOAT. Also, health regens slower on GOAT as well, which seems more realistic to me.

              Depending on the way the fight has went both fighters are 40-60% at the end.

                BTW everyone, with the counter window raised a level the CPU punching has a little more damage to it on a counter. You have to be wary. I may lower power to seven with counter window at one.

                  Ok, this is where I am til the tuner. The counter window might seem high, but give it a shot. You will hardly notice it. It does make the CPU more dangerous, and to be honest I don't mind.

                  My last fight on these I played an edited Isaac Frost. I tweaked his AI to where he threw more jabs and combos instead of 100 punches a round and tiring himself out. I played three fights with a CAB rated close to him. Results:

                  Fight one - Frost by 9th round KO (three knock downs to zero)
                  Fight two - CAB by 10th round KO (two knockdowns to one)
                  Fight three - CAB by UD, 8-4

                  The average connect rate for both sides in all fights were about 25-35%, which is about what you see in a real life fight. Ok, here's the sliders:

                  Accuracy 0
                  Stamina 1

                  I love the speed differential you see at six. If you have guy with a high chin or a high punch rating it shows. You can dominate with these vs a lesser fighter and as the lesser fighter you can get dominated. In the case where I was evenly matched vs Frost it could go either way. I know these will be different once we get 1pko's back, but for what we have now these are great, for legacy of for Fight Now. As always, please let me know what you think!

                    I'm getting crushed on Jukeman's sliders...I haven't played since Round 3...

                    What are some tips? I know I'll get better, but dang...I'm getting knocked down in the first round. Game over by round 2.

                    I've gotten my opponent stunned, but have not knocked them down. I try and get in close and uppercut counter. I don't even know how I'm taking damage and at the end of a fight, our stats are pretty close.

                    I even tried boxing more outside with more jabs, etc. I dunno, just strange how quickly my guy gets into trouble.

                    I'm talking like my first 2 fights in legacy mode with my created guy.

                      Everything on the first page date back to Fight Night Round 4. I can see why you are getting killed, lol.

                        I do not recommend playing against the AI with the accuracy slider on 0...

                        It should be the other way around...

                        There is a major hit detection problem with the game and the accuracy slider seemingly only effects the player...

                        The AI will land more cleaner punches than you even with the accuracy slider on 0...With the slider at 10 connect percentages won't increase much for the AI but it will help the player land more cleaner punches thus balancing things out...

                        If you play offline against friends keep the accuracy slider at 0...

                          Getting some great matches on these settings. Please try them and I hope you all enjoy them. Gives me a lot of diversity in my matches (wins, losses, draws, 1 punch 10 counts, etc.)

                              I only play offline and will try this tonight. Anyone else have opinions on the theory?

                              Also since I don't play online, am I better off on deleting and starting fresh? If so do I just download the patch and stay offline( I assume I can still download created boxers if I want) to skip the tuner updates?

                              I do not intend on ever playing online.

                                I think stamina at 7 is way too high..

                                yes it does help with the CPU stamina drainage but with the stamina so high the body punches are not as effective..

                                on your sliders the CPU through over 300 power punches and I landed a lot of power shots to the body and the stamina was still around 80% after 9 rounds...

                                I think the stamina at 4 or 5 is a lot better.. but that's just my opinion.. I like to be rewarded for going to the body...
