In mount, I find I have to block a transition or two while already postured up before I can land effective strikes. Then wait until they start to transition again to punch. Don't waste too much stamina punching their block. Having the stamina advantage is key.

In half guard, right after I posture up, I throw quick punches to the body. I think this interrupts transition attempts.

Unmodified quick punches are your best bet. Elbows and hammer fists give your opponent lots of time to transition and should be saved for when they are rocked.

I just had 3 great finishes showing different examples

Sometimes I just posture up and if the are in hit stun simple strikes them.
In this one I had to deny two transitions first, then he denied mine, then I denied two more of his and took mount and postured up. weak strikes can interrupt so sometimes I wait util they try a left or right movement. Also with denying all opponents transitions he was gassed.

In this one i denied 3 transitions and then just hit block because I knew he wouldn't arm trap and its crazy how fast mount weak strikes break down arms. Didn't finished there but set up for a fun GnP finish immediately after,

Ok cool, I just had it happen again where I had someone's back and blocked many attempts and couldn't throw a punch. I now realize I was attempting to throw modified strikes since I get excited and wanna end the fight. After reading the advice I'll just try for regular strikes until rocked then throw modified strikes to finish or cause more damage. Thanks for the tips fellas!

How does dominator fighter transition to side control from postured down guard?

How to submissive fighter transition to side control from submission guard were dominant fighter is postured down?

          Please and Thank You

Where did you see these moves? Did someone land these on you or did you see them in the Practice Mode demo animations? If so, who were you using?

I think I know the first one, not how to do it, but what you're talking about. I've yet to recreate it and will join the hunt! Not sure about the 2nd one. You're talking about a sweep right?

              From here

              Ground Positions

              Full Guard

-DOM transition to Full Guard Postured Up gives momentum advantage to SUB Feet on hips getup
-SUB transition to Back Sitting gives momentum advantage to SUB sweep to guard right
-SUB transition to Side Control gives momentum advantage to SUB hip out half guard transition or getup
-DOM transition to Side Control gives momentum advantage to SUB hip out half guard transition or getup

-SUB transition to Full Mount gives momentum advantage to SUB sweep to Full Guard or transition to Back Mount
-SUB transition to Rubber Guard gives momentum advantage to DOM transition to stacked guard
-SUB transition to Guard gives momentum advantage to SUB hip out sweep or getup
-DOM transition to Stacked Guard gives momentum advantage to SUB lumberjack sweep to guard

I'm trying to make video examples of these and want to stick to the 3 core values.

At first, I thought this was the sweep from side bottom to side top using the cage to push off of with your feet. But I've never see a transition from full guard bottom to side control top. Not in the animations or real life.

                As for this

-DOM transition to Side Control gives momentum advantage to SUB hip out half guard transition or getup

There are two demo animations in at least level 4 wrestling transitions and one animation in BJJ level 2 transitions that all show a pass from some kind of guard to side control. I've been trying to recreate these for awhile, but unsuccessfully. I thought it might have something to do with stamina but that got me no where either.

So, ultimately, I'm no help to you right now.

But you have verified these transitions are difficult to find in order to film momentum videos? I have some videos done, buy not many so far

Dom FG to SC is a L-modified transition that only happens when at a big staminu advantage, i believe.
