The same as the transition to half guard (away from you opponent). It's a fairly quick transition, so you have to be quick.Comment

Deny their transition in the direction of your own feet, either left or right, depending on which side your are laying. You gotta be quick with that one though.Testing.... Testing....

Re: Official EA UFC 2 "Teach me how/strategy" thread
My friend and I always challenge each other to a standup only fight. He likes to throw ridiculously long combinations. Sometimes I can ride it out until his stamina is gone and try to catch him, but most of the time my stamina is too far gone from getting hit.
What's the best way you've found to interrupt long combos consistently (spamming right back at him doesn't seem to work)?Comment

Re: Official EA UFC 2 "Teach me how/strategy" thread
It's R2+down. All takedowns, even those that use up to perform like the judo throw, are always down. The one exception I believe is the back clinch to back sitting, which is always R2+awayComment

No, they're just like moving backwards and forwards and pushing. It's weird as hell but a lot of them do it and I don't understand the benefit of it.
Also, I hope in UFC 3 fakes aren't a thing as they're stupid as well. Just turns everything into a guessing game. Eventually you get to the point where people do like 5 fakes before they transition. A lot do the faking to thai and then go for a takedown or vice versa too.Comment

Re: Official EA UFC 2 "Teach me how/strategy" thread
I'm almost into division 6 and there are still a few holes in my game. I'm on ps4 and I'd love it if someone who just knows the buttons could maybe patch up these holes with me. Simple things like clinch and ground scenarios I haven't quite worked out yet. I have a decent understanding of the game, so I catch on quick.
I'm Stahon on ps4. Thanks in advance to anyone with the patience lol.PSN StahonComment
