Re: #PatchSpoilers
Has the unintended huge stamina drain for a stuffed takedown been fixed? Had the AI been fixed? All I need to know really...Comment

Re: #PatchSpoilers
GPD couldve just not done spoilers and waited until the day before or day of and announced the patch. He is under no obligation to announce the patch days or weeks in advance or the details of the patch. Neither is EA.Comment

Re: #PatchSpoilers
Are they under legal obligation to have the AI as advertised pre purchase? This is a serious question. Do video games have to legally deliver on what they claim?Comment

Re: #PatchSpoilers
Actually, I like patchspoilers stuff. I understand that some complaint about only 1~2 spoilers a day. but I never seen patchspoilers stuff on the other game and who developer put you onto this information before release the patch. I think, it's a kind of service for fans. GPD can do that but he doesn't do that. So, you guys will know about whole patch notes when release date.Comment

Re: #PatchSpoilers
One, the AI wasnt really advertised as anything for UFC 2. They did all that MMAi stuff for UFC 1 but i havent seen much advertised for EA UFC 1.
Two, EA isnt legally obligated to make sure that you find the AI difficult or realistic.
From a sales or customer service perspective, EA should want to improve the AI but this isnt a legal issue.Comment

I'm pretty sure I've seen numerous comments about Improved AI in various interviews. I could be wrong...Comment

Re: #PatchSpoilers
Pretty straight forward.
I obviously understand no one has any obligation to tell us anything.
but if we are going by "what if" scenarios, hell yeah, I want to know as much as possible, as soon as possible.
I don't see how that's a big crazy deal.PSN: Lord__Hazanko

Re: #PatchSpoilers
For argument's sake, lets say Brian Hayes said "EA UFC 2 will have one of the most realistic and challenging AIs to date"
Realism is in the eye of the beholder and a challenge/difficulty depends on who is playing the game. Look at the AI impressions thread. While the large majority are saying that the AI isnt difficult at all, you can still find someone in there who finds it realistic and difficult. EA isnt obligated to make sure that the game is difficult for everybody.
Also, I think a court would look kindly upon EA's dev team attempting to fix the AI through patches.
Anyway, you asked about legality and the answer is no.Comment
