We will likely find out when everyone else does which is likely fine given that I havent seen a single person say they werent buying the game if this feature isnt added to the game.
Wait so it's jazz who works on this??? Brooo Jazz show some Montreal solidarity!! Show some love man why don't you.

And btw, Jazz actually said it could possibly be added as a option on twitter, he didn't specify in rivalry.

At least don't let our opponents see our guard meter!

can you see if your opponents team is tired in madden? I dont think you can, but i def dont think you should be able to see your opponents health AND stamina.... We have animations in the game that already show us HUGE signs that a person is hurt or rocked and or tired, i dont think we need a bar to understand that some1s head is red after 200 strikes to the head......Do we?

Man this should be a given at this point tbh. Ppl are so tired of that arcade fighter feeling everytime you play online with these tons of meters. That's why when I play offline i'm always playing with no hud. I don't see why this couldn't be done at least for ranked. There is enough in place now with the stamina fix, to help with visual cues. Unless you're blind, you'll see when a guy is hurt somewhere or tired. The ground is a bit more tricky but if you're a good player, you'll know what's going on and when someone's tired (the animations get slower) or you should go for a sub or what not. This needs to be done for ranked at least plz EA

5 more and we got 100 votes. A good number to end it on.

This is an interesting thought... If the team behind the game feels having the opponents demographic bars is mandatory. They should AT LEAST be "fuzzy" in that, they show a range within maybe 50% of where they really are. If the intent is to be as an aid absent visual cues, this would at least leave some room for judgement on fight strategy. Feinting not being hurt or tired is a big deal in combat sports. If someone keeps pressing even though they are exhausted, they may be doing that to give an illusion that they are doing fine, when in reality they aren't.

For a fuzzy display, the paperdoll would be better. Going with bars is about wanting the display to be precise.

I think it should be available everywhere. You have no idea what your health is without some type of sensory display. In life you can tell by how heavy you breathe or what hurts, but how do you do that in a video game? What is the gauge without some type of HUD?

They arent asking that they take away the player's HUD. Just your opponents.

Surprisingly you can, but it's not overt like seeing your own players stamina in the play call screen. Players have a different pre-snap stance based on their stamina level. From memory it's only a couple of positions but it is there.

I agree tho, your opponents bars should be hidden in head to head play. The fact that people can see exactly how close they are to a finish at any given point in the fight leads to hyper-aggression from most.

I'm an avid UFC gamer dating back to the times of UFC Undisputed 1 through to EA MMA and up until now i play UFC 2 regularly...I occasionally read these forums here and there but I have never felt the need to fully complete a registration and hit that hyperlink in the activation email until now. This is something that impacts the game detrimentally in every facet the way it is now and opponents HUD should be hidden in UT and ranked play absolutely! I really did like Aholberts idea however of the HUD being gradually hidden as you move up the divisions and that allows the developers to use it as a measure of an accomplishment to gamers by letting them know that the training wheels are coming off. It would add a sense of achievement for a gamer who struggled to get to division 4 or 5 and also a new learning curve to get even better at the game because without the HUD you will need to learn the gameplay mechanics even more allowing for casuals to eventually become the hardcores.
