Only one i disagree with is 3, uppercuts can couter takedowns

Yes...but only bad shots at range. They shouldn’t be able to stop a takedown when y r tie to toe

technically that would favour uppercuts again as you habe to drop so far down from toe to toe, curremt distancing should have the lowest time to counter, but toe to toe and too far should be easy to counter. Need the sweet spot.

No it would smother the power of the uppercut. I have never seen an uppercut stop a shot when they were tow to toe. If I am wrong I would like someone to point out the fight it happened

What do you want?

The guy who overhauled grappling said he is focusing on grappling now.

The most recent patch didn’t nerf grappling. It gave grapplers a new way through leg kicks to get GA and takedowns. More can be done though.

Now if the point of your post is just to bitch about it....have at it. It’s lame as **** but that seems to be a lot of posts recently. I’m all about complaining with a purpose.


The original poster probably wasn’t aware that gpd stayed they are focusing on grappling and that’s why I told him about it. You are now aware of the devs new focus but still feel the need to bitch though.

What gives you the right to talk down to people? Game changer or not, you’re not above others and just because you won’t get banned for being a douche doesn’t give you the right to be one homie. Oh you have it wrong. I don’t get banned because I’m a gamechanger. They don’t need me on this site that bad and half of the game changers don’t post here any way. I don’t get banned because I abide by the rules of the site.

Like I don’t call people douches (which is a personal attack and against the rules of the site.) I don’t just bitch without adding anything constructive (which is agenda posting and against the rules of the site). I’ve been on os for almost 2 decades (most of those as just a regular poster) and never been banned.

There is nothing in the rules that says I can’t call a post dumb. Just like you can do the same as long as you don’t attack the poster. So I’m not going to just let them bitch.

You are free to voice your opinion and I’m free to call you out on it. I can call attack your opinion if it’s not based in facts or truth. I can challenge your opinion even if it’s constructive and we can debate it.

What I’ve found with a lot of the younger people here is you’ve been raised in a world where you can post whatever bull**** you want on the internet and no one ever really challenges it. When they occasionally do you yell “it’s my opinion” even if it’s wrong as if that’s enough. It’s not.

So I’ll continue to be a douche because I don’t give a **** and I’m not trying to have a site I love turn into a toxic place where people don’t provide constructive discussion and criticism. If you don’t like that, there is an ignore function and you never have to see another post of mine.

It was aimed at both of you. Your respond (which you or the mods since deleted) seemed to be a bunch of blanks, his respond was some emoticons. And I was trying to get the discussion back on track.

I'm debating. If you cant see by now, I love doing that. I spent the last 2 days debating movement with the GCs offline and I love it.

Well there is a mile long breakdown post i had back here that quickly got buried in all the back and forth about who's a "douche" and who's "bitching".

I'm gonna give this forum a rest for now. It's clear to me that I'm being apart of the problem, no big drama show, hopefully the conversation can get back on track, and that the devs feel there's room for fruitful discussions here.
