No, he is actually one of the few guys (along with Punk) that actually has almost total creative control over their promo/characters. The writers give them some talking points sometimes, but they can choose how they want to actually deliver the promos themselves. All of the ad-libbing you see guys do (especially those two) is all them.

I figured as much, but with as mediocre as his mic work has been for a while now on top of the **** he threw out there last night, maybe it's time to get him a writer.

Funny how bad Cena has been on the mic for quite some time now considering he called Rock out for not caring with the notes on his hand thing last year.

Cena hasn't been worth a damn unless feuding w/ Punk. That's inside the ring and on the mic.

Funny how bad Cena has been on the mic for quite some time now considering he called Rock out for not caring with the notes on his hand thing last year.

His promo against Punk with Bret Hart there was great and I thought the one with Ziggler to end 2012 was good too. I'm a big fan of the Rock as well, but I thought he out performed the Rock on the mic several times that feud.

Cena hasn't been worth a damn unless feuding w/ Punk. That's inside the ring and on the mic.

His matches with Ziggler I thought were good, but the feud overall was poor so meh.

Actually, Heyman says he wants to help Maddox out, but that's not the reason. Brock's next dates aren't until around mid-February. That's why.

Today's stuff.

- We noted how John Cena's bad Royal Rumble promo from the end of Monday's RAW was a hot topic backstage. The feeling backstage was that Cena got lost in the middle of his promo and really didn't get his point across, whatever that point was.

- WWE officials continue to discuss Ryback vs. Big Show for WrestleMania 29. They are also talking about doing a Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WrestleMania with Ryback in it.

- Regarding why WWE hasn't brought up Paige and some of the other top NXT talents to the main roster, word is that we won't see any more NXT call-ups until after WrestleMania 29.

Lets keep it simple and use the rule that if it hasn't aired on TV yet, but you KNOW it will happen then it goes in the spoiler thread not here.

If I spoiled something accidentally, I'm sorry. The stuff I've posted in here has been pretty much hypothetical stuff from sites I've went on, which I expect is the kind of stuff is supposed to go here.
