    I dunno man.

I get far less excited at 32 about everything than I did at 14.

It's not just WWE changing. We change too.

There really was an air of unpredictability back then that can never be duplicated in the environment we're currently in. I read recently that Cena wants blood and profanity back in wrestling again. I've long been an advocate of bringing back blood for the big matches. (HIAC, Elimination Chamber, bringing back first blood matches and maybe even for last man standing matches) I'm not nearly as receptive to the idea of bringing back profanity especially since the majority of talent today are scripted in their promos though there are exceptions. (You can't tell me New Day have scripted promos) It will sound stilted and adding profanity just to get a rise out of fans would look rather transparent though the guys who've been on the stick for a long time and aren't scripted could work it in pretty well.

I agree completely that blood (when it's not overdone) can elevate matches. I think gimmick matches are insanely overused in this day and age. Profanity is hit or miss because it can either ruin or make a promo great. I do think that wrestlers should be able to shoot from the hip more in their promos.

I am also tired with the first name last name gimmicks and the one name gimmick.

More Undertakers and Warriors and less Seth Rollins and Cesaro's or you could give more nicknames aka "Natural" Dustin Rhodes.

I think they have a lot of other creative issues they need to solve before something like profanity or blood will make the product more interesting. For instance, I know that at next month's PPV and most likely in some form at Money in the Bank I'm going to see Owens vs Zayn, so why should I care about tonight's match? These three month feuds full of nothing but rematches make the product feel stale

Nah man, it's not just that. That crowd wasn't just filled with teenagers. WWE was just legit exciting and must-see-TV back then, hence why it was pulling ratings over the 5-6.0 range and now it's barely in the 2.0 range.

In the past month or so we've gotten RAW 01-03 complete and SD 99-02 complete. That's not enough for you? Lol

I'm still in friggin May 1998 for WWF and only March 98 for WCW.

When you're starting in 02/03 yea not really enough. I am going through Evolution's run on Raw right now. Which if you go by Wikipedia started at Unforgiven '02. It will take me a couple of months to get through that. Especially now that I am done with school.

I'm not watching every minute of every show/PPV either, that's why I'm flying thru them.

I actually am and I am still plowing through them. I usually watch an episode or 2 per night. But when I'm done with school I will be able to go through a month's worth in a day or so. The shows usually last around 1.5 hours for the Raws and SD. But the PPVs are like 2.5 hours.

Me neither, I watch about 10-15% of each show...and I'm still lagging way behind.

If I see a garbage or boring segment/promo, I skip over that. The hell I wanna sit thru that for when I already do that with the current product? Lol

I thought Camp WWE was very meh. I chuckled a bit in the beginning but don't think I laughed out loud the rest of the show. It was somewhat entertaining and has potential, but it's not hilarious or anything.
