I'm expecting Okada vs Danielson and Punk vs Kenta. Punk vs Okada is not a match I want to see over Okada/Danielson.



I do think that NJPW should go over more than AEW because it's not going hurt those who lose and can then even out with the next joint PPV.

I could see AEW letting NJPW get more wins, but what would be an easy way to do it would be having an unclean win or two which builds some AEW stories.

I can't see many, if any non-clean finishes. AEW has interference and whatnot but they have way more clean finishes than you would think they would have. And instead of DQ/CO finishes, they tend to go for 30/60 minute draws.

Between Punk/Kenta if it happens, I do think Punk wins but between Okada/Danielson, I see Okada winning especially if he's still the world champion.

Either way, im looking forward to seeing how it all gets built up after the Double or Nothing PPV.

I've caught the last 3 or 4 AEW PPVs at the movie theater but it appears Double or Nothing isn't playing at any theater near me. I wonder if they've pulled the plug on it or if they're not doing it because school will be out so summer movie demand?

They aren't airing it at my theater either. But they are airing Smokey and The Bandit 45th Anniversary edition? It must just not have been profitable enough. I'm actually fine with it because the novelty wore off a bit the last time I watched a show there. It did like that it was only $25.

Sting is an inspiration to all old wrestlers who have been told they are too old to wrestle again. Ric Flair is once again training to get back in the ring at 73 years old thanks to Jay Lethal who is training with the Hall of Famer.

Rumor is a 6 man tag that would see Flair team with FTR to take on The Rock & Roll Express and a partner not named.

This causes me a lot of hesitation. Sting is 10 years younger and had had nowhere near the health issues that Flair has had.

In a six man tag though, I would imagine he wouldn’t be taking too many bumps.

Of course we all said that about Sting (including Sting) and look how that turned out.

Yeah, Sting went from not taking a lot of bumps to jumping off balconies onto an opponent (on top of tables).

I've never been a Flair guy, but he should really, really not be doing this. I'd imagine that the financial benefits (in his mind) are too hard to resist. SMDH
