For all the shots AEW and the talent take on Vince McMahon, you do need that boss figure present in some way to lay the law down, because if not, you have what we're seeing in AEW. This is starting to sound like WCW with the whole "wild wild west" backstage.

Right here is the problem. Andrade got sent home. Sammy didn’t.

Why not both? I get Sammy is booked in the main event.

But it’s BS. Especially if it’s true Sammy threw the first punch as is being alleged.

New report says the hold up in the investigation of what happened between Punk & The Elite is that one party has threatened legal action and been uncooperative.

So much for all of that back to WWE talk. I think we know who the true heart and soul of the company is.

With Renee getting opportunities with the Bengals social media department and Mox locking in a long term deal with coaching and mentoring duties…the man seems at peace.

He was never a great fit in WWE after they ended the SHIELD. Of course, maybe things could've been different if they found a better balance between his deathmatch/hardcore roots and Vince's previous vision for him.

Oh well, everyone ended up in a better situation and is doing good work for their respective companies.

I read this as Moxley taking on a coaching and mentoring role with the Bengals lol. Being a wrestling fan and a Ravens fan makes me conflicted when my favorite wrestlers today are fans of either the Bengals, Browns or Steelers.

Good for Moxley, just hope he was able to work out some extra vacation time in his new contract to make up for Moxley postponing his vacation to bail AEW out of the Elite/CM Punk mess.

I was listening to a clip of Jim Cornette's podcast, and the topic was "worst worker's in the business,'" and at the beginning they said for reference that Jon Moxley is clearly the worst, and then they move to others without explaining. Does anyone know why he thinks that?

Feels like a weird choice for him. It can't be because of the bleeding, because Cornette's best run in the business came in a time where blading happened a ton. Is it just his style? I know other's dislike him, and I wonder why. I think he's pretty good, not like a favorite or anything, but pretty believable. I know Cornette hates a lot of AEW, for real and for show.

I caught that clip and my takeaway was he was saying he’s the worst out of guys that are prominently featured

Here are a few quotes that explain what Cornette thinks about Mox...

"He doesn't know how to have more than one kind of a match, and it's a garbage match. He's fixated and has a fetish for these death-match garbage pieces of **** like the bank-addicted drug robber. He's been lucky enough to get a job with the two biggest companies in the United States in the last twenty years [WWE and AEW] and still wants to go out to barns and stick thumbtacks in himself with the rest of this trash for even a little bit of money, but certainly not as much as he makes with his main job which he ought to be taking care of. Still, instead, he's out there fostering relationships with garbage people and garbage promotions worldwide."

"It's Moxley's gimmick to chew on people and bite people who want to break limbs and arms and legs and whatever. It's not even a Steve Austin where he's an anti-hero when he's doing things to people that have done wrong to him."

"It's just this freak show garbage death match... 'Oh, he loves blood.' He's not going for revenge. The guy he's in the ring with is clearly overmatched but the people, the AEW fans, remember there's a set amount of them and we see them every week. They're cheering an uber-heelish massacre from this supposed babyface on this f**king guy that doesn't deserve it and well the story is he must bleed to get in the Blackpool Combat.. oh for f**k sake."

“I will give this a chance just to see if Moxley does something different this time. So I paid attention. In under one minute and 15 seconds, they went to the floor. I just said, f*ck it, Moxley’s the worst wrestler in the world and I tried to fast-forward to the finish but [AEW] can’t manage the time. So they almost run over.”
