    Re: AEW Off-Topic

AEW posted something on IG about a charity event where Sammy and Tay are doing autographs and pictures for people who donate diapers, and someone commented they'd rather have Pam's (Sammy's ex) autograph lol. I genuinely think people in charge view those two as babyfaces. Or at least they did up until recently.

Wait, what did i do? All I've ever wanted is Sammy to be heel(along with the rest of the inner circle at the time) cause most of them just sucked as Babyfaces. I really don't care about their relationship at all, good for them, now I just mute the tv when they're on because hearing Sammy say "we have sex lol" over and over again is not what I want. Shame they keep wasting the TNT Title on him right now, that title could be off doing great things, and now I just don't care about it.

It’s more in line with the IWC making such a big deal about their relationship online before it became public knowledge and then even making a bigger deal out of it when it did become public knowledge.

And now as punishment, it’s getting shoved down the throats of the rest of us.

At least we have a heel Sammy again. But I wished it wasn’t like this.

This explains the random trios match Dante found himself in considering Top Flight had just got back together.

I’m seeing on some of the cheap/fake dirt sheets sites that Bret Hart is a done deal going to WWE rather than AEW. It grinds my gears how other sites will take than non-credible “source” and run with it, only in the name of getting views/clicks.

Don’t get me wrong, it could happen. However, I suspect Bret would find some joy in being a part of the presentation of the Owen Hart Cup at least in some capacity. If I were him, I’d just stay away from Vince and WWE. Just my take, if I were him, I’d rather never get involved again than go to WWE again. Who knows, though, maybe the money is too good to resist.

It would be great seeing Bret part of the Owen Cup stuff, but the real question in all it is Martha's relationship with Bret. If they're on good enough terms that she wants him there for it, he's not gonna say no, and I don't think a WWE deal would prevent him from doing that (in the sense that I think WWE would allow him to be there for the presentation).

Or maybe Brett used all the rumors of him and AEW to get more money out of WWE. Similar to how Nash and Hall used WWE promoting Diesel and Razor on an episode of Raw to get more money out of WCW.

Or it's all garbage, which most dirt sheet sites are.

Bret probably signed just so he could get released and cry about it in another shoot interview.

I could be wrong, but last I remember Bret and Martha weren't really on good terms, and Bret had come around to the idea that she was hurting his memory (and the fans) somehow by not participating in anything WWE related. I think maybe they haven't talked for a while, and Bret is bitter about it. Shocking I know.

If that’s the case then Bret is finally right about something.

God forbid she works with company that was responsible for her husband's death and who also counter sued her.

And based on what we heard on Dark Side of the Ring, you can also understand how she has a right to hold a grudge against the family given the aftermath of his death
