    First Half

    Edwards puts in a couple of layups and after Newsom drops in a layup and converts a 3-point play, Sato buries a 3pter. Edwards banks in a layup and Hinds sinks a hook then after McLaren hits a jumper and Baker makes 1 of 2 free throws, Edwards nails a 3pter. Esterkamp and Edwards drop in layups and after McLaren drains a 3pter, Esterkamp and Schultz trade jumpers as Boise State opens an 11-point lead, 22-11, halfway through the first half. Goss makes 1 of 2 free throws and after Frederick sinks a hook, Newsom cans two free throws and a layup. Baker hits a 3pter and Kirkland swishes a hook then after Edwards banks in a layup, Willie drains two free throws. Frederick converts a 3-point play and Minor knocks down a short turnaround jumper and two free throws and after Schultz lays in a rebound, House tips in a rebound. McLaren lays in a rebound and O'Hara drills two free throws then House nails a 3pter at the buzzer to give the Broncos a 17-point lead at the half. Boise State's Edwards leads all scorers with 13 points and McLaren leads the Bulldogs with 7.

    Second Half
    Newsom and McLaren trade 3pters and after Frederick makes 1 of 2 free throws and Newsom sinks a short jumper, Kirkland buries a hook. Newsom puts in a layup then after Kirkland and Willie bury jumpers, Frederick lays in a rebound. Edwards cans two free throws and a layup and after Sato hits a 3pter, McLaren swishes a jumper. Hinds drains 1 of 2 free throws then after Cuffle drills 2 of 3 free throws and a layup, Hinds gets 1 of 2 free throws. Esterkamp hits two free throws and a layup and after McLaren buries a 3pter, Frederick banks in a layup to give Boise State an 18-point lead, 64-46, midway through the second half. Schultz banks in a short turnaround jumper and after Zuzak puts in a layup, Schultz makes 1 of 2 free throws. Newsom and Bragg flip in layups on fast breaks then after Webber and Goss drop in layups, Schultz sinks a hook. Newsom hits a 3pter and Byerson drains a couple of short turnaround jumpers and after Weisse makes two free throws, Dalgarn and Esterkamp drop in layups on fast breaks. Hinds tips in a rebound then Byerson puts in a layup as the Broncos finish on a 14-0 run to blow out the Bulldogs.

        Almost looked like it was gonna be another teeter-totter season going into the end of non-conference play, good thing you righted the ship. Utah State looks beastly this year.

          We've got one more non-conference game left (Utah Valley State) so I'll take a probable 8-4 non-conference record considering I have a pretty young team. The three major freshmen (House, Hinds, Esterkamp) are doing a good job so far.

          The Aggies are a pretty strong team and we have them coming up at their place. The scouts say that we are pretty evenly matched and the game can go either way.

            First Half

            Ramsdell flips in a layup and a hook and after Hoyer sinks a short turnaround jumper, Frederick puts in a layup. Ramsdell hits a hook then after Edwards swishes two free throws and a short jumper, Bragg drops in a layup on a fast break. Byerson buries a short turnaround jumper and after Nabors and Newsom trade one free throw, Nabors and House trade one free throw. Devonish cans two free throws then after he makes two more free throws, Esterkamp and Frederick bank in layups and Minor sinks a hook to give Boise State a four point lead, 18-14, halfway through the opening period. Hoyer and Bragg trade jumpers and after Ramsdell and Hinds trade short jumpers, Hinds and Frederick knock down short jumpers. Zuzak and Henderson trade layups then after Devonish makes two free throws, Newsom sinks a jumper and a 3pter. Byerson and Edwards put in layups and Frederick cans two free throws and after Alford knocks down a jumper, Edwards drills a 3pter with a few seconds to go to give the Broncos an 18-point lead at the half. Boise State's Edwards leads all scorers with 9 points and Ramsdell leads the Bulldogs with 8.

Byerson drops in a layup then Frederick knocks down a jumper to give Boise State a 16-point lead, 59-43, midway through the second half. Henry puts in a layup and after Byerson buries a short turnaround jumper, Lalugba drops in a couple of layups. Fullove makes two free throws then after Frederick sinks a hook, Henderson tips in a rebound and puts in a layup.                     Clarke banks in a layup and after Hinds banks in a short turnaround jumper, Edwards makes 1 of 2 free throws. Forney nails a hook then after Hinds banks in a layup, Forney knocks down a short turnaround jumper and McGrath sinks a hook to give Utah State a three point lead, 8-5, halfway through the first half. Clarke hits a 3pter and after Frederick and McGrath trade short jumpers, McGrath and Clarke each make two free throws. Newsom and Caskill trade layups then after Aguilar drops in a layup, Newsom buries a 3pter. Toppert slams in a dunk and after Hinds banks in a short jumper and Bragg cans two free throws, Johnston and Esterkamp trade jumpers. Terrell drops in a layup and Famutimi nails a short turnaround jumper then after Johnston banks in a layup on a fast break, Bracy tips in a rebound to give New Mexico State a three point lead, 16-13, halfway through the opening half. Johnston and Dalgarn trade layups and after Terrell drops in a layup, Frederick makes 1 of 2 free throws. Sikes cans two free throws then after Edwards and Bruthelious trade layups, Johnston and Bruthelious sink short jumpers.                                 Senior starting #2 guard Patrick Edwards suffered a sprained wrist and is expected out for the next two weeks. Freshman guard Eric Esterkamp will replace him in the starting lineup.
