          Hearnes Center - Columbia, Missouri

The American Eagles took their worlds' most obvious nickname to the Hearnes Center to take on the 24th nationally ranked Missouri Tigers, who were favored by only a couple of points over their Patriot League foes.

Early and often, Mizzou bombarded the Eagles with threes after threes after dunk after threes. American hung tough for the first 15 minutes, however, and at halftime, the Tigers only held a fifteen point lead.

The second half was brutal for the Eagles, though. Mizzou jumped way out ahead, and didn't look back. After all was said and done, Missouri rolled, 105-73.

          Players Of The Game
          MIZZ - Linas Kleiza - 27 points, 14 rebounds, 4 steals

          Horton - 17 points, 3-4 3PT FG, 16 assists, 3 steals
