Well what a way to turn around a one game losing streak. with brilliant pitching and defense with some offense thrown, that is how. Haren was amazing in this game.. simply amazing...

Well the second half on the road is quite different than my first half on the road. This game was tight and close the whole way through. A little sloppy for both sides but I came up on the short end on this one. Oh well on to Texas and the Rangers next.

Go Rangers! I can't believe that they traded Blalock though. You should really consider stepping up to All-Star w/ Pared's or Jistic's sliders. If you have a 1.28 ERA then there isn't a challenge and you don't have those exciting come from behind wins.

Thanks for the feedback. Actually i did try all star with jistics sliders and lost 7 games in a row and was giving up home runs like candy on halloween. Every run scored by the computer was off of home runs.. so i just had it... and went back to pro... it is still challenging for me.

you have to reember the only reason that im even remotely in first place of why zito has a 1.21 era right now is that for a month with out realzing it i was playing in rookie level. So during that time Zito pitched 2 perfect games and a one hitter, I went on a 16 game win streak. If id been on pro that entire time i dont know how my season would look right now.

Believe me when i realezed that id been playing all those games on rookie and really wasnt as good at this game as i thought i was it was a pretty big blow to my ego. And now that the second half las started the game has gotten more difficult.

Will i hold on and win the west? Only time will tell on that one.

            __________________________________________________ _____________

Well just like my previous game i just wasnt in the mood to play but i did anyway. it isnt that i dotn want to play, it is just that I may be just a tad bit too tired to really be focused enough.

Any who...Fridays game is up and ready to go. again dont forget to look at all the days transactions on my page. there was anohther named player trade today. but just wait til saturdays game gets poted.

Some of you thought the Blalock trade was big... you havent seen anything yet.

stay tuned for more as each game gets posted

                Re: My 2005 A's Franchise (MVP 2005)

Hey guys sorry it has been a few days. I've been thinking a lot about the game and writing and what I decided to do was to erase my current dynasty and go with a fantasy draft.

I did that and then simmed up through July 28th on the schedule and then played a few games ahead.

I encourage you all that follow to continue to follow my page as I continue to write and play. Be sure to check out my new team roster and the standings to see where your fav team is in the standings.

Man if this is how the game is in august and how tough they programed it to be.. i will be in trouble.

I cant afford to continue this no offense crap. My pitching is stellar right now but my offense still fails to show up for games. Hopefully i can get it turned around quickly and get the offense going. I cant allow this team to slip any further back in the division than we are right now.

Tnank you all for your continued support and readership of my page.

Well I realized that having the user contract setting where Giant had his (-28) wasnt working for me so i upped to the cpu contact +11 so now the computer and I are on even footing. I even lower user power down to cpu level of +5 from +20 or so. It definately helped as i got a good amount of hits in this one and scored some runs for once i a long time.

Thanks for the continued suport and readership of my page.

as always any and all feedback, coomments, etc area always welcome and appreciated.

Well i had a article started but had a problem with Aol so got booted and there went it down the drain.

but if you care to see it i did save the box score to a very great game. Pitching fans delight and put it in the schedule on my page.

also since this was a week ending game all things on the page have been updated. all player stats, standings, league leaders, cy young and mvp races, and even some daily news for you to read,

again sorry about the losing of the article. I think that i will be doing the writing of my articles off line from now on so as not to chance this happening again.

thank you all for your continued support and readership of my page.

I've returned from the dead, well the writing dead. i've been just playing my season and just leaving the writing behind.

I'm now starting the final month of the season. I've updated my schedule with line scores for every game thati didnt update on from 8/9- 9/1.

I've updated every players stats, all standings, league leaders, cy young and mvp races for both leagues.

Not only that i have also written a hunt for October thing for you all to read before i get going on my games and writing again.

You will want to pay very close atten from this day forward to a couple races that are currently going on right now in my game.

Well I hope you all enjoy my hunt for october preview that I've put together. I really like how it came out. It seemed to sound pretty good.

It is good to be back and at the computer again.

Thank you all for your continued support and readership of my page.

Ok well my first actual game update in about a couple of weeks at least. yankee fans won't like it at all but It was a great game.

I'm thinking of starting a magic number tracker for certain teams that are close to clincing but will wait just a couple days to see what happens.

I will be working on a magic number things pretty soon for each league and will be announcing it when it is done.

Well, another day another update, this one was a struggle until the late innings. Also some of you may find it or think it a bit premature in my seasn to be thinking magic numbers but I have gotten them posted for each division leader.

Some of the numbers are still on the high side but i wanted to get them up before the marlins who are very close to putting the nl east away got their hunt for october done.
