    Re: My 2005 A's Franchise (MVP 2005)

Wow, this by far had to be the greatest game that ive ever played on ANY baseball game short of being a no hitter or perfect game.

This game saw parts of my offense that are usually good become great for a game and my pitching had never ever been this good without throwing a no hitter or perfect game.

Also for those of you that are NL fans keep track of your teams if they live in the central, because it is starting to become very tight in the central all the sudden. Even the AL central has become a litte more interesting of late.

so again thak each and every one of you for your continued support and readership of my page.

as always any and all comments, feedback, questions, etc are always welcome and appreciated.

Well that was a game that i didnt expect any of what happened in it to happen. Oh well day off then the big series with the Rangers begin. time to get refocused and ready for maybe the second biggest series of my season. I say second because i still have three more games with them later in the month.

The heat is on in the west. I guess i kinda underestimated the Rangers just a bit going into this one. Wow, two more games to go in this series and it is all in or out (of first place) if i get swept. This is divisional racing at its best.

                Re: My 2005 A's Franchise (MVP 2005)

As you read this you may be asking yourself "man what is that smell?" that smell you speak of is my team rotting in the texas heat. This was definately my worst game ive had in a very long time both pitching and offensively.

I still have a lead over the Rangers but I also now have a very brutal part of my schedule to get through in the next six games. So I can only hope that between now and the next and last time i see the Rangers in about 11 days that either that I'll have secured the division LOL (yeah right) or that I'll have gotten a big enough lead to proctect myself going into that series.

I dont know exactly where my offense was hiding during my last series with Texas but we caught a break in Cleveland against the Indiams. I know that i may never see another game like this again but never the less it was a great thing to see from my offense.

Well here it is..17 games left and my magic # to clinch is 16. it doesnt get any tougher than that. I just hope that not all remaining 17 games are as tight as some of my latest games have been, and with a 1.5 lead it should be a fun ride the rest of the way.

thank you for your continued supprt and readership of my page.

If any one here is old enough to remember the 91 gmae seven world series game, well then you will get the idea of this one right off the bat. for those of you that are too young to know what im talking about you will then understand from reading this what the 1991 game seven of the world series was all about.
