Looks like Jones is gonna break Barry's record. That was a crazy game though!

I would still have to have a pretty huge game to break Barry's record, However the other issue is Barry did what he did in 11 games, and TJ would be playing 13 games to get his record.

However him, Mitchell and Kauffman are all tearing up the EWU record books right now.

EWU was a big surprise this season.... WAC Champions. Jones is a beast. No doubt he should win the Maxwell and Walker.

I was meanin Barry's rushing TD record. Jones should only need 2 TD's to break it

            WEEK 13 RECAP

            HEISMAN BOWL???

            #1 (10-0) VS (9-2)

This matchup would feature the Top-3 vote getters in the Heisman Race, as BSU QB Kellen Moore took on the combo of QB B. Moniz and WR J. Avery.

            K. Moore would strike early throwing 2 TD passes in the 1st Quater, but Moniz would answer back to make it 14-7 at the end of 1.

It was Moore to Shoemaker again in the 2nd Q, to give BSU a 21-7 lead, but the Warriors answer back with a FG at the end of the half to make it 21-10.

The Bronco "D" would dominate Moniz and Avery in the 3rd Quater as K. Moore adds his 4th TD of the game to give BSU the 28-10 lead at the end of 3.

Moore would then continue to amaze the crowd as he hits Tyler Shoemaker for their 3rd TD of the night (Moore's 5th) to make it 34-10 with less then 4 minutes to play. Finally with 2:32 to play Moniz would toss his 2nd TD, but it was to little to late.

POST GAME COMMENTS BY COACH PETE

"Obviously this was a huge win for our program as we are now just 1 win away from a repeat in the National Title game. This was also a big game for K. Moore to showcase his talent againt 2 of the front runners for the Heisman. Hopefully he put zero doubt in the voters minds on who should be the clearcut winner this year."

I will probably have you move to a lesser team like in the MAC or something, but we will see. I plan on posting some of your players so you can get a bettter idea of your roster, and maybe switch up your gameplan.

                    WEEK 14

                    BATTLE OF #1 VS #2

                    #1 (11-0) VS #2 (11-0)

                    GAME PREVIEW

This game featured a rematch of last year's National Championship Game, and let me tell you Cincinnati would've never agreed to the Week 14 matchup had they known they would be sitting at #2 in the Country with a chance to make a repeat appearence for the Title, or at least not in Boise on "The Blue" were Boise State owns a 91-14 Record and ranks as the #3 Toughest Place to Play.

Having just come off a game in which Kellen Moore destroyed his Heisman competition (Moniz and Avery) against Hawaii.. Moore would get to do it again this time against the #4 voter and last year's Heisman winner QB Zach Collaros.

                    GAME RECAP

The Bearcats would get on the scoreboard 1st as Collaros finds D. Milligan on a 8yd pass, but BSU would answer back as K. Moore hits FR WR G. Hiwat on a 50 yd bomb.. Then after forcing a 3 and out, it was Moore taking the field looking to give his team the lead. Instead CB D. Frey would get the "Pick 6" going 40 yds to put Cincinnati up 14-7 at the end of 1.

Boise State would dominated the 2nd Quater as D. Martin ties the game at the 7 minute mark and then K. Moore throws TD passes's to T. Shoemaker and C. Potter to give the Broncos the 28-14 lead with less then 2 minutes to play. But Collaros wasn't ready to give up and would hit O. Woodard on a 8 yd pass to make it 28-21 at the half.

The Bronco "D" would own the 3rd Quater picking off Collaros 2 times and sacking him 3 times. RB D. Martin would break a huge run going 78 yds for the score and K. Moore would throw his 4th TD of the day hitting little brother Kirby on a 25 yd pass play to put BSU up 42-21 at the end of 3.

Doug Martin would score his 3rd TD of the day with 6 minutes to play in th 4th putting BSU up 49-21 and the Bronco 1st Team Offensive and Defensive would call it a day. Collaros would hit Woodard for his 3rd TD pass of the day to make it 49-28 with 3:51 to play but this ball game was over.

Backup QB J. Southwick would toss his 2nd career TD hitting A. Burks on a 5 yd slant to make it 56-28 with 2 mintutes to play and after a 3 and out series, DJ Harper would take over carrying the ball 7 times before giving way to a 36 yd FG by FR S. Brown

                    FINAL SCORE BSU-59 CINCINNATI-28

                    KEY PLAYERS
                    QB K. Moore-21/34 427 yds 4 TD 2 INT

                    WR O. Woodward-4 rec 48 yds 2 TD

POST GAME COMMENTS BY COACH PETE

"I really feel like this was a team effort win. We won the battles in all matchups of the game (Passing/Rushing/Defense). Kellen played great even though he had the 2 INT's, Doug and DJ controlled the clock with a dominate performance on the ground, and our Defense flat out shut down Cincy's Rushing attack. Collaros is good and he showed tonight he could make plays, but I am sure he will be feeling a few of those hits tomorrow.

                      A NEW #2

The Sooners guarenteed themselves a rematch against Boise State in the National Championship with a 52-31 win over (10-1) Baylor.

WKU falls 38-24 to UAB as Coach White finishes the year a 2-10 Overall and 0-8 in CUSA

Coach Holland's Aggies lose 44-13 in Week 14 to Villanova and 48-3 to La Tech in Week 15 to finish the year at 2-10 Overall and 2-6 in the WAC.

Coach Claw falls to 7-5 Overall and 4-4 in the MAC after losing 27-24 to Tulane, snapping a 3 game win streak.

Going into their matchup with #3 Ohio State, Coach Henderson had only 1 thing on his mind. Make a game of it. Instead BGU lost 38-3 as Coach Henderson finishes the year at 3-9 Overall.

After starting the year 2-1, Coach McCloud's team fell on rough times losing 4 straight, they then won 2 straight with huge wins over UNC and WVU, but fell on tough times again losing 3 straight to end the year. (Week 14 37-29 loss to Kansas) to finishe the year at 4-8 overall and 3-5 in the ACC.

With only 4 wins to their name, the Eagles like Bowling Green just hoped to prove something in their Week 14 matchup with #12 Auburn, but instead they fall 27-6, as Coach Tweedy finishes the year at 4-8 and 3-5 in CUSA play.

                        CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK

                        #9 VS #5

The Tigers dominated FSU in their early meeting winning 44-29 and today woudl be no different as LSU wins easily and secures a BCS Bowl Berth.

                        FINAL SCORE LSU-34 FSU-26

                        (9-3) VS (9-3)

This was a huge matchup for both teams as each one was looking to get their 10th win of the season. The Wildcats would lead 13-3 at the half, but would fail to do anything in the 2nd half as Southern Miss battles back to win.

                        FINAL SCORE SOUTHERN MISS-16 KENTUCKY-13

                        #10 VS #4

The Ducks and Trojans didn't meet each other durning the regular season, so this would be it for these 2 teams. The Ducks were on fire having won 6 straight, and showed it taking a 28-16 lead at the half, but USC would battle back behind 2 Matt Barkley scores to make it 41-38 with less then 3 minutes to play. Oregon however would run out the clock picking up back to back 1st downs.

                        FINAL SCORE OREGON-41 USC-38

                        #6 VS #15

Normally these 2 teams would be battling it out for the Big East Title, but with Conference ReAlignments both teams now found themselves in the MAC. Cincinnati was looking to rebound from the Week 14 loss to Boise State that saw them fall 4 spots in the polls, hoping to hold onto a BSC At-Large Berth, well UConn was looking to pull the upset, having won 6 straight including a win over previous unbeaten Temple.

                        FINAL SCORE CINICINNATI-38 UCONN-13
(Collaros would throw for 216 yds and 3 TD's in the win)

                        #11 VS #19

At one point in the season, Wake was 8-0 and was thinking possible National Championship, but a loss to Maryland ended that. The Demon Decons would rebound though beating the Hokies 21-17 in a Week 12 matchup, to stay in the hunt for a ACC crown and BSC Bowl game. Having not played in 3 weeks, Wake was rusting to start trailing 10-6 at the half, but would rally scoring 21 in the 3rd Quarter to make it 27-17 going into the 4th. VT was out for revenge though and would battle back to tie the game and force OT!!.

                        FINAL SCORE WAKE FOREST-33 V.T.-30

Coach Baldwin entered the bowl game 0-3 against teams from BCS Conferences this season. He was looking to change things today. However he was going to have to do that without his top Offensive Weapon in RB Taiwan Jones. The Maxwell/Doak Walker/Walter Camp winner would be forced from the came after a leg injury in the 1st Quarter never to return. If things couldn't get worse Record Breaking WR B. Kauffman would also be forced from the game after sustaining a concussion in the 2nd Quarter ending his season as well. The Defense would play well though and keep the team in the game.

Trailing 7-6 at the half, EWU continued to struggle to establish any type of offense in the 2nd half as the Aggies dominated all facets of the game and the dream season was over for the Eagles as they dropped to 0-4 against BSC teams.

"Well today we saw a glimpse of what the future may hold. Without TJ and Kauffman our Offense struggled to move the ball. I felt like the Defense played well, and we had a chance to win even up to the 4th Quarter, but a few key drops and the inability to move the ball down field killed us"

The 2007 Fiesta Bowl ranks as one of the Best Bowl games of all time. Today's game was expected to be no different as these 2 teams looked to prove they were the best 2 teams in the country.

Oklahoma would jump out to a early 14-3 lead in the 1st Quarter, but BSU would battle back behind a pair of TD's by QB Kellen Moore to make it 17-14 at the half.

BSU would add another TD in the 3rd Quater as Kellen Moore finds WR Tyler Shoemaker on a 5 yd pass to make it 24-14 But this time it was Oklahoma's turn for a mircle as Landry Jones runs in from 2 yds out with 28 seconds to play to tie the game (24-24). Looking for a last second mircle, QB K. Moore would try and make magic happen. Instead the SR would get knocked from the game with a leg injury forcing backup Joe Southwick to lead the team in Overtime.

Both teams would fail to find the endzone in the OT period as they trade back and forth 2 sets of FG's. The Bronco "D" again would deliver a huge stop forcing the Sooners to kick their 3rd FG in OT. But a holding penatly and a huge drop on 3rd down would force FR Kicker S. Brown to attempt his 5th FG of the day (3/4) this one from 45 yds out (Made one earlier from 44 yds). The kick looked good off his foot but sailed left just missing the uprights, as the Oklahoma faithfull went wild, ending the Broncos chance at repeating as National Champs.
