Great game for Manziel to redeem himself. Nice comeback for the Browns as well. I wonder if this wins the job back for Manziel?

One week after being blown out by the Arizona Cardinals, Dallas pounded the Jacksonville Jaguars(2-8).
"A win is what we needed to give ourselves back some confidence." Cowboys Head Coach Jason Garrett stated.

James Tyfer
TOP TEN Coaching Candidates across the league....
With Week 10 in full swing, Let's take a look at the Top 10 Coordinators who should be Head Coaches down the line....
1. DAN QUINN- SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (Defensive Coordinator)
The mastermind besides Pete Carroll of course in the Seahawks Legion of Boom Defense is Dan Quinn. Quinn's Defense set records in 2013 as the Hawks dominated everybody on their way to their first Lombardi Trophy. Quinn has the Seahawks Defense ranked 7th as they head into their clash with the Giants. Quinn should be a sure hire for a future Head Coaching Position..
2. KYLE SHANAHAN- CLEVELAND BROWNS (Offensive Coordinator)
The son of Super Bowl Champion Mike Shanahan, Kyle should be given a chance at a Head Coaching Position. Shanahan has done a phenomenal job at helping to get the Browns to a 6-3 record. Kyle has helped turned Johnny Manziel and Brian Hoyer into NFL quality Quarterbacks.
3. VIC FANGIO- SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (Defensive Coordinator)
Fangio is a mastermind at Defense turning San Francisco into a lethal threat on that side of the ball. Vic has been with Head Coach Jim Harbaugh since he arrived in the Bay and has put the team on the map. Fangio is a high quality Coaching candidate who has Super Bowl experience as well. A future team should jump at offering him a Contract if he chooses to leave San Francisco..
4. ROB RYAN- NEW ORLEANS SAINTS (Defensive Coordinator)
The twin brother of Jets Head Coach Rex Ryan, Rob has transfered the Saints Defense into a legit contender. The Saints might be 4-5 but that's mainly due to the inconsistencies of Quarterback Drew Brees and the Offense putting too much pressure on the Defense. Non the less however, Ryan should be a good Head Coach down the line...
5. FRANK REICH- SAN DIEGO CHARGERS (Offensive Coordinator)
The Offensive Coordinator Frank Reich has San Diego's Offense Top 10. (9). Reich has done a great job at getting the Chargers some points and chasing the Chiefs for the West Division Title.
6. ADAM GASE- DENVER BRONCOS (Offensive Coordinator)
In 2013, the Denver Broncos set multiple records in the NFL and that was from Adam Gase's Offensive mind. The Broncos may be struggling this year with Manning inconsistencies but the fact remains Gase should still be a leading candidate that can help with a Franchise Quarterback...
7. TODD BOWLES- ARIZONA CARDINALS (Defensive Coordinator)
The Arizona Cardinals ball hawking Defense is absolutely lights out this year. The Red Birds's #1 Defense has been blowing up the league and causing fits for oppossing Quarterbacks. The Defense is getting turnovers, holding points off the board, and hitting hard. The man behind this is Defensive Coordinator Todd Bowles. Bowles should easily be getting invites for interviews this Off-Season...
8. DOUG PEDERSON- KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (Offensive Coordinator)
A branch off Andy Reid's Coaching Tree sits Doug Pederson. Pederson has helped Quarterback Alex Smith save his career and has KC a dominant threat on Offense. The Chiefs lead the West and are putting up points. Should Pederson choose to leave his mentor's side he will be a Head Coach down the line...
9. JEFF TEDFORD- TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (Offensive Coordinator)
The name Jeff Tedford should ring a bell for NFL Fans. He was previously the Head Coach at California and recruited QB Aaron Rodgers. Even though he's just in his first year in the NFL, Tedford has the Buccaneers Offense 12th overall and the Bucs are on a 7 game winning streak. If Tedford chooses to look elsewhere for a promotion, he should have offers on the table...
10. BRIAN SCHOTTENHEIMER- ST. LOUIS RAMS (Offensive Coordinator)
Despite the Rams sitting at 3-5 and struggling on both sides of the ball, Offensive Coordinator Brian Schottenheimer is no stranger to success. Sam Bradford may always be injured leaving Brian to work with a endless string of Quarterbacks it seems. However from 2006-2011, Brian was the Offensive Coordinator in New York leading the Jets Offense to success as New York reached the AFC Championship 2 years in a row. When given the right QB, Schottenheimer can work magic and should be a great candidate down the line...

TOP TEN Coordinator Candidates across the league....
With Week 10 in full swing, Let's take a look at the Top 10 Position Coaches who should be Coordinators down the line....
1. MIKE TICE- ATLANTA FALCONS (Offensive Line Coach)
Tice is no stranger to Head Coaching and Coordinator positions, He's coaching the O-Line to protect Franchise Quarterback Matt Ryan. The Falcons will probably be seeing changes by January which will allow Tice to accept a Coordinator's Position elsewhere...
2. ZAC TAYLOR- MIAMI DOLPHINS (Quarterbacks Coach)
Working along side Head Coach Joe Philbin who is a QB Whisperer, Zac Taylor has some success himself working with Ryan Tannehill, Marcus Vick, and Matt Moore. Given maybe some more experience and Taylor could find himself as an Offensive Coordinator...
3. JIM BOB COOTER- DETROIT LIONS (Quarterbacks Coach)
Bob Cooter is a name across the league for a future Offensive Coordinator position. Cooter is working with Stafford and Moore and Moore has been doing a good job with #9 on the shelf. Cooter should find himself getting some offers sometime down the road.
4. MIKE MULARKEY- TENNESSEE TITANS (Tight Ends Coach)
Mularkey is no stranger to a Coordinator position or a Head Coaching gig. Tennessee is leading the AFC South and his Tight Ends have really helped Jake Locker in the passing game. If the Titans clinch a Playoff berth then Mike should be given another chance as a Coordinator. Sometimes " A change of scenery" is a good thing...
5. ADAM ZIMMER- MINNESOTA VIKINGS (Linebackers Coach)
The son of Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer, Adam is with the Linebackers and working on the Pass Rush. It's no secret that the Vikings Defense is absolutely horrible but Zimmer is doing his best for what he has to work with. Minnesota will continue it's rebuild in the Off-Season and if the Vikings gets some players on Defense then Adam Zimmer will have much more to work with and flourish.
6. JIM TOMSULA- SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (Defensive Line Coach)
Tomsula has a lot to be proud of with Jim Harbaugh. The 9ers pass rush is insanely good with Aldon Smith leading the league in sacks. Tomsula should make a good Defensive Coordinator somewhere down the line if given a chance.
7. MIKE VRABEL- HOUSTON TEXANS (Linebackers Coach)
Vrabel helped the New England Patriots win it's first 3 Super Bowls at the beginning of the millenium. He's been a Linebackers Coach ever since. Vrabel, given more experience should be a good Defensive Coordinator down the line. Experience from New England should do wonders for a Defense in dire need of a makeover.
8. JOHN DEFLIPPO- OAKLAND RAIDERS (Quarterbacks Coach)
Coach Flip is no stranger to Quarterbacks. He's been around them majority of his Career most recently Eli Manning in New York. He's struggling in Oakland however because Head Coach Dennis Allen refuses to make changes leaving Coach Flip dead in the water. However his resume speaks for itself and should be getting some offers sooner than later.
9. KRIS RICHARD- SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (Defensive Backs Coach)
Dan Quinn is the Defensive Coordinator for the Seahawks. But the man helping the Secondary into what it is is DB Coach Kris Richard. The Legion of Boom is thriving under Quinn and Richard. Kris should be getting some D.C offers soon given how dominant the Seahawks defense is...
10. JAY HARBAUGH- BALTIMORE RAVENS (Offense Quality Coach)
Son of San Francisco 49ers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh is in his Uncle's John Harbaugh's Staff in Baltimore. The 31 year old protege' is learning the ropes of an NFL Coach. His first gig from 2008-2011 was Oregon State as a Graduate Assistant. He then moved to the NFL to join his Uncle's Coaching Staff. He's been in Baltimore since as a Offensive Coach learning to break down opposing Defenses. His most successful was helping his Uncle beat his Father's 9ers in Super Bowl 47. Given some more time, Harbaugh should be making his way up the ranks and continue his family legacy.Comment

TOP TEN College Head Coaches who should make a jump to the NFL...
Let's take a look at the Top 10 NCAA Head Coaches who should be taking NFL jobs down the line....
1. CHRIS PETERSEN- UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON
Petersen is possibly the #1 Coaching Candidate for an NFL job. He led Boise State to the 2007 Fiesta Bowl Championship, a game in which he was praised for his aggressive play calling and the "3 plays that shocked the world." Petersen should be an obvious choice for a Offensive Coordinator and maybe Head Coach down the line..
2. STEVE SARKISIAN- UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
A top Offensive guru, Sarkisian will make an excellent Coordinator at the NFL level. He coached Titans Quarterback Jake Locker at Washington. Sarkisian will be an excellent fit for an NFL team.
3. LES MILES- LOUSIANA STATE UNIVERSITY
"The Mad Hatter" Les Miles is no stranger to winning Championships. He's been with the Tigers since 2005 and has won numerous Bowl games. Miles aggressive Play Calling has LSU talking long term extensions. However a jump to the NFL will be a choice he might not be able to pass up...
4. BOB STOOPS- OKLAHOMA
Stoops won the National Championship with the Sooners in 2000. Since then he has won multiple Bowl Championships. Stoops is a nice fit for a future Coordinator Position at the NFL level. He's no stranger to winning high pressure games and Championships. He's been with the Sooners since 1999 so a change of scenery may be to good to pass up..
5. KEVIN SUMLIN- TEXAS A&M
Heisman Winner Johnny Manziel was drafted in the 2014 NFL Draft. Guess where he was drafted from? Texas A&M under Coach Sumlin. Sumlin's Offensive Aerial attack was the foundation for "Money" to light up the College games. Now Sumlin can make a jump to the NFL with his Offensive minded Aerial assault should help any QB.
6. CHARLIE STRONG- UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS
Strong is in his first year as Texas Head Coach. Already he has made a name for himself as this past spring he made numerous players wear plain white helmets for practice as they had to earn the right to sport the Longhorn logo on them. Strong is no stranger to leadership or Coaching as he spent the past few years at Louisville. With the kind of attitude and leadership Strong shows he may be a great candidate down the line for an NFL job.
7. DABO SWINNEY- CLEMSON
Swinney is a first time Head Coach having been with the Tigers since 2009 but is no stranger to winning or having success. The Tigers have won under Swinney and Dabo has them on the verge of a National Title. This kind of attention should have NFL teams knocking on his door in the future..
8. BUTCH JONES- TENNESSEE
Jones has led the Volunteers on many years of success. 4 years of Division Championships to be exact. He's been with the Vols since 2013 but is still considered a great candidate down the line. His only NFL experience was in 1988 where he was an intern for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers...
9. JIMBO FISHER- FLORIDA STATE
Fisher just might be the hottest Coaching candidate right now as Florida State won the National Championship last year. Fisher is no stranger to success as he also has multiple Bowl games under his record too. Depending on if Fisher wants to continue his legacy at Florida State, he should be jumping to the NFL in the near future...
10. URBAN MEYER- OHIO STATE
Head Coach of Ohio State since 2012, Meyer has 2 National Championships under his belt and has the Buckeyes poised to win this years. Meyer has never coached at the NFL level but with his resume speaking for itself, NFL teams should be calling him for an interview..Comment
