“At least we pushed it to O.T.” I said. Uh-oh, wrong thing to say.

“What?! We lost, and it’s all thank to you!” he said while yelling at me, “And you, and you!” he continued, while pointing to Eric and Kyle. Ya’ll went to the penalty box, and all three times ya’ll were there, they scored! Practice, 5 A.M. tomorrow. Get out of here you three.”

“Damn, does coach has a stick up his *** or what?” I said.

“I know right,” Eric said, “At least you got your first point though!”

“Yea,” I said, proud, “Well thanks to my assist, Kyle scored his first goal! Good job man.”

“Hey I know, let’s celebrate!”

“Yea! Let’s go clubbin tonight.” We all sniffed ourselves, then said in unison, “After a long shower.” When we arrived at our condo, low-and-behold, Anna was waiting there.

“What the hell are you doing here?” I asked.

“Josh, I’m still so sorry for what I said. There’s something I wanna tell yo-”

“Get out of here. I don’t wanna see you here ever again.”

“But I’m actually not-”

“Yes, 9-1-1, I have a person refusing to leave my prop-”

“I’m leaving! God, you’re so naïve!” she yelled while, once again, crying while she left.

“Let’s just go,” I said sadly.

May I consider putting small box scores or "weekly Scores" for your team that way Mills does not think that this is a made up "story dynasty"

“Great, I’ll pick you up around…(checking the time) around nine-ish.”

“Kay! Can’t wait!”

“Oh look at Josh with his new girl!” Eric said.
