Matteo is too good to end his career playing in front of sparse crowds like that. It's a shame.

On the last video that defender (#5) will be struggling to look himself in the mirror for the next few days after that performance.Comment

Ha - yeah - that and the goalie. Some positional issues in general with PES, but not nearly as bad as FIFA imho.Comment

Besides, if you would switch teams, in my experience, the new team isn't always that great either. CPU makes stupid decisions in your team no matter what team you play for.Comment

Fulham Fan (slightly drunk): "I love Matteo; but he doesn't belong at Fulham anymore. He isn't getting paid what he's worth. He scores all our goals - he deserves to finish his career in the Premier League - not in the depths of the Championship. If you love it, set it free!"Comment

Matteo in response to "big" clubs: "It's an honor to be recognized by Real and Man City. My life is dedicated to Fulham though. I'm glad I was able to push my club past United. That is my best career result against the Red Devils."

Re: Something in the Making: Lam Matteo (PES 2009)
That's amazing! A little different from the 7-0 beating they usually give you.
Also, Matteo is on 248 club career goals now, and 249 career goals in total (counting his 1 int. cap goal). Little milestone coming up.Comment

Re: Something in the Making: Lam Matteo (PES 2009)
248 and 249? Wow. Thanks for catching that Izu, for some reason - I had felt there was something big coming up. I just assumed I had missed it, as I do, with all these stats.
What would I do without you, brother!? *refers to excel doc*Comment

Re: Something in the Making: Lam Matteo (PES 2009)
Got this info from Wiki (ok, maybe not from wiki in full):
Goalscorers:
There are seven men to have scored more than 100 goals for the club, all of whom, but one*, have since retired from football:- Gordon Davies - 178
- Johnny Haynes - 158
- Lam Matteo* - 157
- Bedford Jezzard - 154
- Jim Hammond - 150
- Graham Leggat - 134
- Arthur Stevens - 124
- Steve Earle - 108
I really hope Fulham will string together a few wins. If they win 3 or 4 in a row, they're most likely in the top 4 or 5. And then things could get exciting. It's still a long season!Comment

Well, well - I think that 178 will get taken over the way Matteo is scoring. He could also be the first (and now we're dreaming a bit) Footballer of the Year to play in a 2nd division. Not sure if PES can compute that though.
I need to start paying more attention to his stats considering we are so deep in his career now - thanks for that reminder, Izu!Comment

Re: I'VE BEEN HACKED!
Thanks, Mo!
Btw - for those who wonder, I have been at the parents all week due to the snowstorm(s) in KS. Finally, as I type, have hooked up the PC and ready to crank out some Matteo updates. I won't have any XBOX games hooked up since we are moving out next weekend.Comment
