Lol, I know Izu. It's been a lot of NCAA and not much footy. But with the Prem starting up - I'll get that itch soon and at least get through this season with Matteo. He's been on my mind lately

Cottagers part ways with Mediacom, welcome MarathonBet

It's been a forgetful season for Matteo and Fulham, but maybe a boost in kit sponsor Marathonbet will be a "clean slate"?

With 7 matches remaining, Fulham have parted ways, mid season, with kit sponsor MediaCom stating the sides had "differences, unable to resolve", and have thus signed with the Online Sports betting giants, Marathonbet.

Considering Fulham's status in the Npower Championship this season, it is hard to fathom the thought of signing such a big deal, but owner Ray Lewington has stated the opportunity was there to grab.

"They approached us first before we had signed with Mediacom," says Lewington, "We were unable to afford a deal at the time. Now, with some mishaps - we've found ourselves in a good spot financially, despite recent form on the field, that allows Fulham football club and MarathonBet to join up."

The Cottagers will be featuring the new kit in their next match against Leicester City at Craven Cottage this weekend.
