Re: Player Transfers Thread
He should have stuck with his commitment to IU if he wants to be in Bloomington right now. Especially with the Tre Roberson injury early in the season Kiel would have seen major playing time this season. After Kiel backed out of his commitment, Indiana went out and signed 2 Quarterbacks in last year's class and both were decent in filling in for Roberson this season.
So, if he has any interest in IU I hope Coach Wilson says thanks, but no thanks as I'm fine with the QB situation as is now. I do hope for Gunner's sake that his parent's let him decide on going where he wants to go as I feel the Notre Dame choice was all because of his parents or else he would've been at LSU this past season.Comment

He will go where ever he can start next year. The kid thinks he is awesome and doesn't want to have to work for a starting spot that you have to at top schools.
You have to be kidding that you wouldn't take him in a heart beat at IU. Sure he may have intangible issues, but his physical abilities are better than anything IU could dream up for a player going there.Comment

Now, if Kiel was a 5 star defensive player then yeah I would take him at IU in a heart beat given any issues he had. But, he's not so he can go somewhere else. He wore Orange in high school, so maybe he can head down to Tennessee and not have to change his wardrobe much.Comment

Re: Player Transfers Thread
O'Connor will officially be a CSU Ram in a couple months, eligible for the 2014 season. While this had been rumored for awhile, O'Connor has been and will stay enrolled in Columbus until May. You don't see that often with a player who's itching to get home, but at least he is keeping an eye on academics.Comment

Re: Player Transfers Thread
Former USC receiver Markeith Ambles has landed with Houston and will have two years of eligibility remaining, the school announced Monday.
Ambles spent last season at Arizona Western College and will be eligible to play beginning this fall. He came to the Trojans as a highly touted four-star prospect in 2010, but off-the-field troubles marked the majority of his career in Los Angeles. He was ruled ineligible for the 2011 season and subsequently withdrew from school.Comment
