    Re: Week 1 Discussion

till the game, the wait is killing me.

I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

I guess I should be happy up 17, but it would be a lot more if the offense could execute.

      Defense has been unbelievable.

        Tennessee's defense had other ideas.

Our offense on the other hand is awful. I'm not pleased at all. Everything from the playcalling to the execution has got to be better.

Our offensive line is going to get destroyed in SEC play... They're really, really bad

Yeah that's what I'm afraid of. At least the offense is playing better this half.

I'm glad to see Tennessee looking good in the opener. I'm hoping they get back to where they used to be.

A strong Tennessee benefits my Auburn Tigers as it makes the road that much more difficult for our two biggest rivals (bammer and Georgia).

The enemy of my enemy is my friend. Keep it up Vols.

We're going to hit some bumps in the road, but I think we may finally have gotten the Dooley out of our system.

                      Haha crazy.

Baylor's offense didn't look as crisp as I was expecting, but Petty hurting his back so early probably didn't help any

What I am more surprised at is Baylor shutting SMU out and only allowing 67 total yards of offense. Baylor's D had more sacks than SMU has first downs.

Don't really know what to expect tonight with Miami. Golden doesn't have me completely sold yet, so I don't have a ton of confidence going into the matchup. The offensive weapons are there to help a freshmen out, but ever since Golden took over, I don't think that defense has cracked the top 100. This team went from Shannon's terrible offenses and top of the ACC and sometimes country defenses to Golden's good offenses and no defense whatsoever.

Good luck Louisville fans, should be an interesting game. I hope none of the Virginia rain makes it over to this game, Miami can't handle it.

Uniforms for both sides look sharp tonight. Especially those Miami helmets.

I kinda of like the helmet, but what uniform is that? Nike messing up more ACC teams now? You also can't see the U on the helmet at all from a distance.
