I like the presentation, but about 8 mins in on that video is really REALLY troubling to me. Two lineman run right by the linebacker on the sweep. I'm only concerned with running game on NCAA and this tells me there's still some tweaking to do with the Real Assignment AI. Hopefully this is because it's an old build, but I doubt it.

I'm very upset about it. I just stated that a couple of pages ago, it happens on all levels for both WRs and CBs and it is a huge cause for concern in my opinion.

          Okay, quick question:

How do I make my player lean left or right? Is it from the right stick or the left stick?

You know, i just didn't see or feel any of that. This game still has the turbo button, whereas in Madden its off and everything is supposedly based off ratings ala NHL series.

When you go into game controls, whats weird is that certain buttons seemed to be "locked". Like under ball carrier controls, it gives you the button rundown, but underneath it says "locked features" with the right analog stick and its uses like UP for highlight/truck stick, DOWN for back juke etc.

Also, i couldn't seem to get the hit stick to work, and when i looked under controls for defensive pursuit, nowhere did it even mention the hit stick.

            I dunno...

For those that played the demo, a question about defense for you. Does it feel like you can sit in a base defense all day and be successful. From the past iterations, you could just go with a bland zone or Cover 3 and stop anything. You could use it all game (especially against the hurry up offense) and not have an issue. Is it the same this year?

Also, the play where my TE "sped up" to catch a pass was in that same game, so I'm not sure that all of the issues are solved by playing on All-American.

I'm not totally writing the game off, I'm just seeing some things that are a cause for concern with my right now.
I know of a level that actually takes away all the warping and passing is more off target very realistic

But right now if you want a challenge in the demo then yeah Heisman level is the way to go.....

On the Final version i'll show you how to reduce the warping to the ball syndrome......

It's less noticeable on the lower levels you'll see in July

I played 1 game, I was Miami at Ohoi St. I won 13-7 in Overtime. I thought overall the game played really good. If the couple problems people are seeing are fixed this game is gonna be a great game of football. I had a lot of fun playing the game and it's only a Demo!

Watch the play on the video and explain that one to me. Seems like he ran the right lane for the sweep.

is this something that's going to be called cheese later in the season?

just going to guess, but the game speed slider isn't activated in the demo is it?

can someone comment on game speed?

-Great presentation for a demo, hopefully the real game has even more things like halftime, postgame etc.
                              -Graphics are very good
-Great to see you can actually pass without the defenders warping over to break it up.
                              - Running game is very good as well
                              - I am loving the sideline catches! I have seen like 5 different ones so far!
                              - The game is amazing and I cant wait to get it!

                              The Bad
                              - It might just be the demo but the commentary sometimes either skips or speeds up. Its like fast forwarding to a different line and you can hear it. Wierd.
                              - The player movement is very good with locomotion, its just that players feet dont move the right way when running. They are skating just a little. Their feet when turning are still parallel to the players shoulders. When you turn your feet reach out a little to the sides. if they fix that the players will look a lot better when moving.
                              - LBs dont have anymore superhuman plays, but the pass trajectory is still not fixed for over the middle passes. It needs a little more loft without losing ball speed so that it actually gets over the LBs heads.
                              - Also, defenders dont react to runs quick enough. I still see players just standing around at the line until the

Other than that this game is going to be sick!
