I have notice during scouting that the green and red diamonds appear once you unlock all three attributes. My question is, take two UDFA one of their diamond is red and the other is green, does this mean the green UDFA is better than the red one? Just bought this game and I trying to figure out a strategy when it comes to scouting. It seems like its a guessing game when it comes to scouting.

Re: Madden 16 Teach Me How/Strategy Thread
I think I'm performing the option run wrong. I would do what I did last year which is hold down X (ps4) for the rb to get the hand off, and let go of the button for the qb to keep it. Nothing I do seems to work consistently. What is the propee way for the rb to get the hand off and the qb to keep it?----------------------

Re: Madden 16 Teach Me How/Strategy Thread
Hey all! I'm really having problems on d. I use the Lions. What would be a good basic play to
1. Focus on the run and force the CPU to pass?
2. Shut down a particular receiver without leaving someone completely wide open?
3. Focus on the pass and force the CPU to run?
2. If you can identify the routes they are typically beating you in, user the defender guarding that and anticipate the route. If an elite receiver on the outside is beating me, I like to use a Cover 3 scheme, and take the underneath flat defender and put them in man on the outside receiver. The deep 3 zone combined with the underneath man creates a nice over/under trap.Last edited by mjavon; 08-30-2015, 10:59 AM.----------------------

Madden 16 Teach Me How/Strategy Thread
cover 4, Y + LS down to press, Y + RS LEFT guard the inside, A + RS Right to Bluff Blitz, A + LS Down to Pinch
Careful, faster WR might run through your corners and if you don't have a strong middle/safety, they may get some yards off ya.
Works for me though [emoji42]

Not in front of the game right now but I believe it's left trigger to bring up the commit menu. RS up for pass, down for run middle, left for run left, right for run right.Comment

Re: Madden 16 Teach Me How/Strategy Thread
Couple pages back but:
Yes. The easiest is to use the new quick adjust system. (PS4 buttons below)
Double tab RB for LB's and Triangle for DB's (LB I "think for DL.. might be RT)
When you do that an icon will come up on the players. Select the player you want to adjust and then what you want them to do. It's really nice.
So for instance in you have Dez covered M2M and want to put a safety on him also..
Double tap triangle .. select the safeties icon.. give M2M order then who you want to M2M on.
It's like the system 2K had where you can hot route people without having to be on the player.Joshua:
