Alot of users losing interest in Madden.
After having access to DDL and to suddenly not have it after getting used to it and seeing its capabilities of keeping Leagues fun, more interactive. Sad, truly sad.
Users are just not hyped for Madden right now like last year. Good job at killing the momentum EA

Not true, everyone I know is playing this game more than any in years and reviews are also higher. I myself have played it 20 hours in the past two days and I've not done that since the Madden Genesis days..

Do you play online of offline cfm mostly?just curious.

I believe what that poster was saying is actually true. There is for sure less activity in leagues now because of this. Guys are not half as interested as they were when we could use DL . Im stating this as a commish for past 5 years, year long. majority of our league been around and together a long time, but guys just arent feeling it,having to look every single thing up on game console after working all day, playing hour long game , doing game prep, scouting , etc.

I'm playing MUT, online and offline. My cloud CFM has me and two other guys in it, first time we've done a CFM in madden (we are NCAA guys)..

My other buddies play offline but sometimes play random matches online too

Yeah, well im pretty sure the guy who posted that, is talking about the 1000s of online leagues thats been using DL for years now , and how not having the app out ( which is keeping DL from working right now) is really putting a major damper on our leagues.This app wont really effect MUT, its CFM that is being hindered. If it was for MUT you know, as well as i do, it would have been ready launch day. Ask about anyone who runs a online league with alot of people in it. They will tell you the same thing.Its a big deal to us.And having to wait almost 2 months after game is out for it , is rather a big deal.

I really do think it is at a point where EA would be better off making some kind of update statement on what is/isn't coming. At this point they really need to let people know something.

That's understandable. And I wouldn't expect anything from them until that is over with.

I just think at some point, even though they have no obligation to tell us anything, it would be in their better interest to say something. If for not other reason than to stop the rumors.

I'm a software developer and we hit walls all the time. But the best thing to do is to let your clients know where you currently stand. You would be surprised how far that goes in their trust, etc.

I'm a software developer and we hit walls all the time. But the best thing to do is to let your clients know where you currently stand. You would be surprised how far that goes in their trust, etc.

Actually, its not a surprise to most of us how far just being up front and honest would go .Especially with a fanbase , that has come to feeling like they have been lied to alot over the past decade. Its actually one reason many here and other places, ask them to do that.

Sure replying to selective tweets they get on twitter is cool.But after a while , you can start seeing patterns in it, and how often they are just limited and not allowed , by the powers above them, to tell us the truth, and that will never work out in their favor. If you want to really change peoples perception, just be honest and tell the truth, all the time.Goes a very long way with alot of people.

It is likely that the Tiburon employees are under strict NDAs, so they probably are legally prohibited from saying anything about the status of the companion app beyond the previous written statement even if they wanted to.

We'll most assuredly get an blog from Tiburon on the companion app whenever it's close to ready for consumption and no sooner, unfortunately. They've said they are working on it, let's let them work.

This is in fact the case. We are still within the time frame I heard months ago on the release date though, so I don't think there have been any set backs. I would guess the hurricane could cause some delay.

Yeah I was most def talking about CFM. Im in 4 as of now...32 users each....128 users total. The groupme chat was soooo hype last Madden. People who regularly come through to chat just pop up from time to time asking about DDL's and if EA said anything about an App. Its not as active as before man. Trades?? Lol this might have been the least amount of trades Ive seen ever...I mean EVER! And like all CFM there are users whom just cant help themselves and have to trade, well they aint doing it cause its a headache to look up figure out and link up to complete the transaction now. Im not going to go as far to say the CFM's are dying buuuuuut they arent the most lively bunch right now. EA killed the momentum, seriously.
