I am still getting the slow ui in the menu's PS5. Everyone else still having the slow ui?

Still as good/bad for me as it’s been since the previous (?) patch where they said they fixed some stuff.

I’ll say it’s now the normal Madden UI experience, where nothing is as snappy as it should be, but it’s not enough to really bother me beyond that. If you’re having it anywhere close to how bad it was at launch, then I don’t know what to say.

I'll be trying to edit a player and just holding down the button. Long delays and when finally goes it doesn't want to stop. It's beyond ridiculous.

Wow that sucks. Sorry to hear it, man.

How’s your internet? The only thing I can think is if your connection or their servers are being crappy maybe it’s constantly trying to connect in the background or something and adding lag. It’s a total shot-in-the-dark guess on my part though.

Detroit Lions 1981 throwbacks have finally made it to PS5. The helmet in particular is nasty.

Capture a video and tweet it to some EA guys? Obviously no guarantee it gets a response, but seeing it in a video vs a typical text bug report might catch someone's eye?

They also have forums, but I feel like those get less attention than a tweet would.

Lord, after reading all these comments. I feel like I’m the only person that progressive fatigue, auto sub sliders, and penalties actually work for.

Welp my first game of my official franchise froze last night after exiting the game. Never got back to the main menu just stuck on a blank screen with the NFL logo in the bottom corner. Negated a 27-10 win with some great highlights. Not sure if this was patch related but worth noting this was the first game I had played post patch and never had this happen prior

Double confirming: In player editing appearance / gear - the chest and gut sliders look fine, so long as you have no back plate or no flak jacket. If you choose wearing either one, there's a weird compensation look going on that makes you want to match chest and gut sliders exactly, or if you max one out and zero the other (vice versa - either, or), it will look decent. Anywhere in-between, and it's funky looking.

I've checked this per QBs Mahomes, Cousins, Fields, Bagent and Murray. All the same. I checked this per RBs Pacheko, Mckinnon, Conner and Emercado. All the same.

And everyone will have different settings and different modes they play in.

Plus, different platforms they play on to mod the way the game plays.

This doesn't surprise me a bit, all outcomes will all be different.

Been here for years, and bought this game every year. Not anymore. I Come on to see if they’ve improved the game. Looks like, no. No they have not. Thanks for your concern.

Does anyone notice your game glitch at times when you sim your weekly practice? Like after I set my weekly strategy and do my mini games and then hit the button to advance practice the game just sits and loads forever to where I have to close the game out

Been happening for a few weeks now

But they did improve the game…. Franchise mode is the bests its been in years, and the gameplay on the field is pretty damn good.

Yes. Offline franchise only. Have not had it happen with my online franchise. When playing my offline franchise, I make sure to save before pressing the start training button.
