What did I say that isn't factual? I know it is TMZ and from the defense lawyers, but the info is public record.

    • Arrested at kids school instead of being allowed to turn self in like most cases.
    • DA says she is mentally and physically disabled and charges rape where consent couldn't be given. This makes a headline grabber and more media coverage than just rape.
    • Waiting 1 year to charge and 10 months to even talk to Dana when she went right to the cops and told them who did it.
    • Has a driver's license, ran an Avon business, criminal history where she has never been ruled incompetent.
    • They have over 20 texts afterwards from her asking for money and a job.

    • Then there is her profile and let's just leave it at this, you don't interview someone with a resume like this to watch your kids.
    • This may help her case as it is hard to believe how bad it is.

Good read on what Ryan Leaf has been up to since his release from jail:

Ryan Leaf, the second overall pick in the 1998 NFL Draft, arrives at a five-story walkup building on West 71st Street, a sober living home that stands two doors down from a dead end, as night falls…

"This is most likely why the case wasn't charged"
        That is unquestionably an assumption

Not saying I disagree with you, I actually meant it in jest. I just forgot the emoticon smiley.

Emotional video tribute released by Mississippi State showing just how highly they thought about their former QB Dak Prescott. Don't see a lot of this from college football programs.

ESPN has called a conference call at 3PM with its Monday Night Football execs. Sean McDonough officially gets the Tirico gig today.

I remember the outrage from Red Sox fans when he was replayed way back when. Now he is the new voice of MNF. Well deserved.

Congrats to McDonough, he finally gets to call NFL games in his long career. I still think he's dull as dish water but at least he gets to be the second McDonough to cover the NFL on TV.

More changes over at the World Wide Leader.

ESPN’s NFL coverage will look dramatically different next year. Our site already reported that Mike Ditka is out from his Countdown gig (though will remain with the network in an emeritus role), and that Matt Hasselbeck and Charles Woodson are on their way in.

Trent Dilfer has also been widely reported to be leaving Bristol. In addition to this, The Big Lead has learned that Cris Carter and Ray Lewis are also expected to be on their way out, and that Randy Moss is expected to be on his way in. Moss spent last season at Fox Sports, appearing on the pre pre show that pitted him in debates with Colin Cowherd.

There's already fan speculation in Buffalo that Ray Lewis will be hired as a coach.

If i'm NFL-N I would do anything I can to get Cris Carter on board. Yeah, some of the things he's said about/to players have been a bit sketchy but other than that I think he's a pretty solid guy and could see him fitting in well with Primetime, Irvin and Faulk.

I knew Ray would be coaching at some point but didn't think it'd be this soon, and hoped it'd be with the Ravens (of course). Emotion aside, it probably makes more sense for him to get his feet wet under Rex than in Baltimore (with a staff he's got no connection to). Hopefully we'll see him back on the sidelines in Charm City again some day.

Ray Lewis back on the field and out of the booth... I'd say that's a win/win.
