Yeah, as mentioned, that was blown out of proportion. They were doing one on one drills (or something of that sort). I'd argue a top tier WR should beat the corner 90% of the time in these situations, and there are few corners in the league that can stick with DJax one on one like that anyway (no rush, no safety shade, no LB shade, etc). I didn't hear about Garcon doing any damage but this still rings true.

With that said though, as great as Norman has been, it's been for a short amount of time and coming somewhat out of nowhere (not uncommon for CBs but still). Now he's on a new team in a new system looking to prove it wasn't a fluke. I like the spunk but for the sake of all of DC, lets hope this isn't groundhog's day yet again.

Since when are we calling Albert Haynesworth a groundhog? More of a couch-hog to be honest.

Better live up to that contract, Josh. You wouldn't be the 1st top 3* corner to go to a new team and bust.

*I realize he's not top 3, but I just wanted to post that photo.

Stadium meeting underway in Vegas, Raiders filed for the trademark for Las Vegas Raiders and renderings were released.

Not surprising it's similar to the Carson design.

Man, I hope Josh Norman is up to the challenge he has laid out for himself. I think he is a capable corner and reading the article it seems like this is always who he has been, but the Panthers kept him quite (or inline whatever). Now he is in DC where players traditionally can do what they please. I think the biggest issue he will have going forward is who the safety's are behind him and if the new Dline and Preston Smith year 2 can generate enough pressure to get the ball out of the QBs hands quicker.

The whole pass defense will have a good test waiting for them week 1 that's for damn sure.

He was quiet because he wasn't any good until 2 years ago. Once he started playing well, he started talking more. It became a national thing last year when everyone else realized he was pretty good. He'll be a good player, but he's annoyingly high on himself.

Browns have traded Barkevious Mingo to the Patriots, per Adam Schefter.

That NYG game last year vs. OBJ was quite entertainimg.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

I think Norman is going to get exposed this year, but it partly won't be his fault. I don't think the Redskins pass rush is anything like the Panther's last year.
