I bet Lance Kendricks been counting yards on tape since Sunday just to make sure. All 16 games. We gone find that yard, bruh.

Come on, the answer given was not the one to my question. I asked if anyone knew about the change in cap because when I made that post, I only knew that it was higher, but not by how much. He bypassed that question and said it was because there aren't as many good QBs. So I checked the numbers on my own, and it did not fit with his answer.

He has since pivoted from not as many good QBs, to demand being higher. My comment about the wording is saying I disagreed with your initial post, but I think we can reach agreement.

But I guess next time someone tells me something I should just accept it without critique.

He's gonna find a bad spot then take it to the owner's office to break it down like the Zapruder film.

"See!? The official spots the ball back and to the left" *rewinds and enters slow-mo* "Back. And to the left."

Viewership down 8% from last season.
Viewership of NFL regular-season games dropped across the board during the 2016 season, especially for prime-time broadcasts.

I'm going to take this opportunity to troll Cowboy fans who claim that it is good for the league when the Cowboys are good.

Prior to the Nov. 8 election, NFL games -- through the first nine weeks -- were down 14 percent compared to 2015. But the next eight weeks saw a recovery, as Weeks 10-17 were down only 1 percent in viewers compared to last season.

The Dallas Cowboys' resurgent season likely helped in the turnaround. Dallas (13-3) appeared in four straight prime-time games, beginning with its Thanksgiving matchup against the Washington Redskins. That game had 35.7 million viewers, the most for any regular-season NFL game since 1995.

Sir are you implying that my comment may not hold up to scrutiny?

IDK if it's good for the league or not... But, it's definitely good for ME.

Cowboys played in 5 of the 6 highest rated game since of the season. There is no denying the Cowboys being good again is a plus for the league.

How much is it up compared to the last 3-4 years?

Wasn't it up when the 49ers were good during the Harbaugh years?

Edit: Redskins let go of their DC Joe Barry today as well.

Panthers DC Sean McDermott interviewed in Buffalo yesterday. He should get hired somewhere this year with all these openings.

I believe the Chargers are interviewing him as well.

Regarding ratings: As much as I hate the Cowboys you can't deny that they helped buoy the sagging prime time ratings down the stretch this year but I maintain that if you over expose them on national TV like that it WILL get old.

I've heard Wade Phillips' name mentioned as a possible choice on 980. That would be their best acquisition of the offseason if they can get him to run their Defense.
