Re: NFL Off Topic
The lawsuit is very detailed and you can read it online. It is a civil lawsuit though and she is seeking money from a jury trial. There is also no information shown that she went to police.
In the lawsuit, they have text messages, claim she talked to other people in his employment and her mother, and very detailed timeline. It will be difficult to prove most of it and she went back to him after 2 incidents. Him claiming they had a relationship will be hard to disprove.
With the text messages, she can prove that as he said he did it. She is also willing to talk to the NFL.

Read those texts and regardless of timing, truthfulness & consent, etc etc... AB is 100% outside of his dome.Comment

Re: NFL Off Topic
I wonder if the Pats can get out of the guaranteed money now or not? If they could by suspending him, they should do it.
AB claims she want $1.6 million before cutting off communication the 1st time. Then she was the one contacting him in 2018 to train. Then she kept posting his image on social media after the alleged rape.
If either one of them have the Facebook messages saved, it will shed light on the truth. I would think that she would have included those messages in the lawsuit if she had them.
I doubt the NFL does anything right now because there are only text messages for 1 incident and the rest are he said/she said.

Drew Rosenhaus, Brown's agent, told ESPN on Wednesday that he and his client were "anticipating this possibility" that a lawsuit would be filed, but he declined to say if the Patriots knew of the looming lawsuit before signing Brown.Comment

Yawn.
Let me know when something actually happens. Couldn’t care less about “accusations” because that’s all they are#RespectTheCultureComment
