Very tough to hear. Obviously there are more important things for him now, but it's a shame at this stage in his career. Hopefully he can get through this and be a great spokesperson and inspirational story.

I read it was very treatable and he could play again down the road? I'm completely ignorant on this, though.

More disappointing how the Saints responded for the rest of the game.
His taunting incited it (content irrelevant), and then he was hitting the hands of others away from him rather then walking away.

I think both sides will be a little lighter in the paycheck, just a matter of determining who all deserves it. He might not get anything, but wouldn't be surprised if he did for his part in lighting the match.

Hockey great Mario Lemieux beat the same type of cancer (pretty sure it was the same) and went on to have a successful career. This was in the early 90s, too.

Pretty sure Lemieux had non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Don't ask me what the difference is. Where's BurghFan?

Odell Beckham is already in the Hall of Fame

Not to nit pick, but shouldn't his gloves be in the Hall of Fame, not his jersey?

I see Andrew Luck, Chris Johnson (I think) and RGIII's jerseys in the background there, so I would think that's fine that his jersey is there. Guess that's how they do it there.

It's right next to Wilson's shoes though, no jersey for him.

                          Isn't "non-Hodgkins" the "good" one?

Slick is actually correct. It was Hodgkin's in both Berry and Lemieux.

I've been to the NFL HOF a few times, and they have a modern exhibit there.

Pretty sure they will put things on display, then change them out the next time something record breaking or amazing happens. Earlier this year, they had Hoyer and Benjamin's jersey from the biggest comeback game.
