I don't know why anyone would trust people from Craigslist and wire someone money. They were just begging to get ripped off.

Normally I wouldn't post CFL news here but since it involves an NFL coach I think some might be interested. Jim Zorn may be a head coach again as the Alouettes are interviewing him for the vacant head coaching job. This isn't as crazy as it might seem on the face of it as he's very close friends with Als QB Anthony Calvillo.

However, if he's hired it could be an ugly tenure as Zorn doesn't have the kind of creativity that the CFL demands with offense.

Who knows really? Zorn wasn't qualified for the job in DC... I'm not even sure he really wanted it but how could he turn it down? This could be a good way to get more experience at the position before trying to get an HC job in the NFL (for real this time). I think we'd have to reserve judgement on his creativity bc that entire time in DC was just a circus and he was certainly over his head.

I didn't see this posted yet, but I figured I'd pass it around.

This is Chris Culliver's opinion on closet gays in the NFL, especially in the 49ers lockerroom.

Radio host Artie Lange played a media day interview with Super Bowl-bound San Francisco 49er cornerback Chris Culliver on his show Tuesday, and asked Culliver about the topic of gays in the NFL. Culliver expressed a deep distaste for the whole idea, Yahoo Sports reports:

"I don't do the gay guys man," said Culliver, whose Niners play the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. "I don't do that. No, we don't got no gay people on the team, they gotta get up out of here if they do.

"Can't be with that sweet stuff. Nah…can't be…in the locker room man. Nah."

When quizzed by Lange whether any homosexual athletes would need to keep their sexuality a secret in football, Culliver responded: "Yeah, come out 10 years later after that."

Mr. Culliver apparently hasn't met any gay men if he thinks they are all sweet and cuddly.

That's irrelevant. The kid still can barely speak. Even if he is intelligent, the fact he can't speak well makes him sound like an imbecile.

Eh, he probably doesn't care how he sounds in that regard. I figure he grew up talking that way and could speak correctly if he had to.

So why choose to sound uneducated in front of the media in the internet age when you're a public figure? He should know by now that certain issues automatically become national stories.

The way he spoke is not the story and we are likely the only people talking about that instead of what he actually said.

Idunno, to stay true to his background? Like the way other athletes type on Twitter. But like kehlis said though, we're discussing the wrong part of his quote lol
