Well...as many of you will already know, JPP signed a HUGE 4 year deal, Josh Johnson resigned and Geno Smith signed with the Giants(physical pending)

The Bills were able to save face and have signed Andre Holmes.

Steelers sign Tyson Alualu to a two year deal. All for it if it'll let Heyward and Tuitt not have to play every snap.

The Cowboys have apparently extended Jason Witten through 2021. It's awesome in this day and age to see a guy (more than likely) play his ENTIRE career in one uniform. He's definitely a Cowboys legend for sure.

              Peterson and Bucs talk emerging...

I don't know if AD is a perfect fit anywhere, and Bucs just gave Doug Martin's glass body an extension last offseason, but in combo with Winston, Evans, and DJax that could be a lot of fun.

Seems like 2017 could be the year the Bucs make the next step. They've been building to it since having that 1st overall pick. Would seem to make sense to make a big splash.

That's a really risky big splash for them to make.

On another note, the Dolphins' entire 2013 Draft Class is now gone after releasing DE Dion Jordan, who was the #3 overall pick for them.

He's now rumored to be talking with the Patriots... an obvious attempt to shatter the hopes and dreams of every football fan outside of the New England area.

I think AD visiting NE is nothing more than a way for his agent to perk up interest around the league. The thought of 2017 AD playing here does nothing for me so I hope I am right in guessing that.

I agree. We already have a couple really good shifty receiving backs. Are they on his level? No. But they're plenty good for what we need. We need a heavy hitting lead back, not someone in the mold of a past-his-prime AP.

AP isn't, and never has been, a receiving back. If the price were right, he'd slide right into Blount's role... with the expected use (last year Blount was used a bit more than I think they'd want if everyone was healthy going into the season).

I'd be shocked if he ended up in NE, but disagree with the idea he couldn't be a good fit.

With that said, I agree with him being past his prime too.

Ravens trade Timmy Jernigan to the Eagles and swap 3rd round picks (#99 for #74).

Marshawn Lynch has privately discussed interest in playing for the Pats if things don't happen with Raiders.

Not sure if this was reported as it was a very minor move but I like the signing of T.J. Yates as the potential backup in Buffalo. He knows the system and is a credible sure handed guy who won't do too badly in a pinch.

Guess They don't expect Cardale to be worthy of the backup spot?

Though I'm sure Yates could be gone before the season begins.

He's just a random back up guy. Dime a dozen if you ask me, though he has some name recognition. He's the guy who came in for Schaub and Leinart when they got hurt for Texans years ago.
