Man, I don't understand how Eddie Lacy can eat himself to death like that. I understand he's a bigger guy and all and will always have weight issues but this is ridiculous. If he can slim down just a little I think he could have an "ahem" impact for the Seahawks if used right.

#Packers wanted Eddie Lacy back. On visits, he gave the impression he wanted to go elsewhere. If healthy, could be a monster for #Seahawks.

I don't blame him. He wasn't going to be used like he should as long as 12 here and for someone like him who needs 15-20 carries consistently, that wasn't going to happen here.

Plus, I always got the impression about living in GB, just based off what I've seen him post on Twitter.

Good riddance. Always seemed to me he had ankle issues along with the weight. Don't need that at HB.

EDIT: Packers resigned OLB Jayrone Elliot to a one year deal. And I just heard that they are signing CB Davon House to a one year deal. Good signings.

You make a great point here. Lacy is one of those old school RBs that gets better with more use but the Packers just don't seem to care that much about the run game. They will use it to keep defenses honest but it's always going to be an aerial show while Rodgers is there.
