on my man Banks..I put that on QB play, they threw him some terrible passes...Banks had a dude beat deep and Grossman/Cousins under threw him, 2 passes were behind also thrown behind him.

meanwhile Aldrick Robinson didn't look bad

Ad umm, I think it's time to get rid of Cooley, loved what he did for us in the past, but having him at FB is not going to work, when we have a better blocker and pass catcher in Darrel Young..think it's time to part ways with him..and with Sleepy Davis and Niles Paul at TE, really no use for Cooley at this point.

We will have to agree to disagree on Banks. There were some less than perfect passes, but he needs to catch those balls. Garcon went down and got balls for RGIII, managed to drag his foot on that ball called no catch. Banks and Paul lead the team in targets, Banks has to do better than 2 catches on 9 targets, regardless of what the QBs were doing IMO.

It's to early to call it, but this next game he needs to show up big, because like you said Robinson had a good game, and can do a lot of what Banks can do while actually catching the ball.

I am not sold on Niles Paul just yet, he has yet to catch the ball consistenly. I'm not sure you dump a talent like Cooley until Paul is absolutly proven.

that is true on Paul...seems he can only be productive when he gets over the top.had to many drops last night, I HATE seeing cooley as the FB...get him back at the TE position, can't wait until Young gets back. speaking of TE, have anyone seen Fred Davis, hasn't 't done anything all preseason

Yes WR is fluid outside of Moss, Hank and Garcon. As for Fred Davis. I counted three plays where it seemed like he was open off the line but RGIII was not looking his way, tucked the ball to early, or was getting flushed in the pocket.

I predict that Davis' numbers will slide, because RGIII isn't gonna get to his 3rd and 4th reads before he tucks the ball and looks to make a play with his feet. You saw how easy Cousins got the ball to Paulson, there were throws like that for Griffin to Davis, but he didn't or couldn't get to him in time. More impressed with Davis' blocking on those early runs.

Alfred Morris welcome to the team! Man that kid looked really strong, don't know if they keep 4 RBs but I doubt he would be able to be put on the PS because someone will snatch him up.

i really hope banks makes the roster. hopefully he can contribute on O enough to be in top 6. hes such a game changer back there, but with kick off rules and the ability to directional punt he can be avoided in games. field position can change everything and i think hes becoming a real fan favorite. would hate to see him go. if we put him on practice squad he will no doubt be picked up by a team with deep WR looking for a solid return man.

I would be shocked if Banks makes the team this year. There are better WRs all over the roster and Robinson can return kicks as well, and unlike last year he is catching the ball.

HOPEFULLY banks gets cut, but i think he made the team last night. he isn't a practice squad candidate either, so he is on the 53 or gone.

i say cut him and let crawford return punts, robinson return kicks.

also, after last night, i like what i've seen from briscoe. he has looked better than morgan at this point to me...

Merriweather had his MRI which revealed no significant damage.

How has he done in preseason I miss last weeks game and of course all the highlights were showing RGIII on the field.
