Don't climb down just yet though bc it looks like Samuels may be out for the season (if true, all skins fans can properly start talking about 2010).

We can't step away and look at it differently, if the team looked halfway decent then it wouldn't be a problem. They look terrible win or lose and it's no fun looking at them this year. This is Honestly the first time I don't care if they win or lose.

Football's a funny sport. The Ravens looked like this early in 2000. Honestly, the year the Ravens went 13-3 and everyone was on how great McNair was for the team, they looked like this too... they were just winning the close games. The Skins could easily be 4-1, looking just as bad as they have and nobody would be going as crazy as they are.

Again, I'm not saying they will turn it around (and losing Samuels for the year would be HUGE) but it's far from out of the question. The D is playing good but has room to improve. Campbell has shown flashes but his lack of consistency seems to be tied to a)play calling, b)trust in the young WRs and c)Cooley having to block more. These are still fixable things if the line can hold. Will they be fixed? Will the line stay upright? Those are the questions, but it's not like they don't have the talent to still get to 9 wins, and it's not like they haven't won a game.

The Redskins are definitely not making it easy to want to cheer for the currently dead skins.

Few things Collins is no better than Campbell, the playcalling is pathetic following the big run three straight passes. Oline is garbage. Defense is a solid unit but the otherside of the ball is a joke. This is gonna be along season. One plus though tickets will be cheep for the remaining home dates.

I agree 100%.....And the sad part is. We have to rebuild the whole offense inside out if we fire Zorn. We know there going to get rid of Campbell as well with Zorn. Collins is most likely going to retire at the end of the year. So that means a New QB, a new Head Coach, and a new system all over again. This team isn't getting any younger and if the front office doesn't realize that this team is in a rebuilding stage and commit to building this team through the draft and smart FA's....

We need new everything on offense. Portis should have had a TD on that long run, but Sellers got his *** planted and Portis got stopped short.

Zorn's press conferences are always so lively /sarcasm

Maybe if Zorn were to actually project real emotions rather than being stone-faced and monotone all the time, he might've actually been able to motivate his team before they reached the bottom.

what pisses me off is the way they play like they have SOMETHING to lose. they suck, they have nothing to lose. play alridge. play mitchell. use every trick play in the book. what the hell are you holding back for. blitz every play. gamble on d. you are one of the worst teams in the league if not THE WORST TEAM. jesus. to call their offense inept is a discredit to all things inept. it is irritating to see teams with injured o linemen find a way to be creative every week and still move the ball and score points. hell we were complaining when the 'skins offense could move it from 20 to 20 at will but not score. i'd give anything if they could move the ball again, now they can't even come close to doing that. i think it is a foregone conclusion that zorn is gone after the philly game. i hear they will promote jerry gray to hc since he is young and energetic. not like it will make a difference, he can't block, throw and run the ball...

Defense doesn't need to be adjusted - at least not major overhauls. Blowing up both sides of the ball is not what needs to be done. All defense needs is maybe another DE on the opposite side of Carter in order to get faster pressure and a legitimate #1 CB who can 1) tackle and 2) catch the damn ball.

Without Portis' big run and Moss catching Collins' overthrown pass with his fingers, this probably would have been a shutout for the Chiefs. And EVERYBODY and their mothers' are talking about Portis' legs and conditioning in general, but I don't see Zorn using Betts at all. WTF?

It is only a matter of time now. Just saw on ESPN bottom line, that Zorn has lost playcalling duties. I kinda fell bad for him. They have pretty much neuterd him, he is totally a figure head.

Zorn was lucky to get that job in the first place. Snyder and Vinny are *******es for letting Gregg Williams and Al Saunders leave.
