Man, imagine how many PP goals the Kings could have scored in THIS five minute wait caused by a Devil.

Even the official team twitter accounts are bogus.

The Avalance team account tweeted yesterday that they'd signed Matt Carkner, only to have him sign a few minutes later with Long Island.

Looks like we're going to wait little longer, Parise is going to discuss with his family.

To be fair, Avs did say they had an agreement with Carkner, not signed. So he might have left for NYI because they offered a better deal to Carkner. No way he would have gotten 3 years from Colorado.

Did he REALLY just make an announcement to announce he won't be making an announcement? REALLY? He just went all 2K on us...

                Yeah that's pretty ridiculous.

By not making that announcement we would have known you haven't reached a decision, how about you make an announcement when you have something to tell us.

Waste of 30 minutes and now the rest of the FA class can go back to waiting for the first domino to fall.

But please pick Chicago when you do finally make your choice!

The funniest thing is we all know he's signing in Pittsburgh, so he might as well announce it already.

Yup, unfortunately I know I'll for some reason keep my hopes up that maybe he'll choose Chicago, I know he won't and Pittsburgh is the obvious choice but I'm still going to get my hopes up just enough to be ticked off when he makes it official with the Pens. Always setting myself up for disappointment.

I'm a Leafs fan. That's exactly what it was like for Justin Schultz.

So Parise's going to head home tomorrow morning, discuss with his wifey, and should make decision then. Chicago's late push changed game.

I really really really really really hate that it looks like this might drag out another day, I just want to know where the top guys are going so the rest of the FA's can start moving, this is making for a really boring start to the offseason.

If Pittsburgh gets Parise, they're setting themselves up to be very top-heavy for years to come...although that's one heck of a top.

Chicago has about 7.5M cap space, they're gonna gut their team again after signing Parise? Leddy is a RFA after this year too.
