Re: Official Wii Discussion
What's even tougher is playing defense in Superstar mode. I made a CB, and being able to cover those receivers is very tough (especially if you try to make any interceptions).Comment

Re: Official Wii Discussion
Not sure if this has been answered, or if I'm the only one experiencing it, but why does my disc drive light up blue when the Wii is in standby mode? It doesn't happen often, but right now it's sitting in my entertainment center lighting up, then dimming down, then lighting up again.Comment

Sully, I think you can go into options and adjust how bright the standby disc-tray light is.

Re: Official Wii Discussion
Disc slot light
The Disc slot light illuminates briefly when:
The Wii console is turned on.
WiiConnect 24 is turned on and you are receiving new data, such as messages, and you have selected "Bright" or "Dim" in the "Slot Illumination" settings for WiiConnect24.
The Disc slot light does not stay illuminated during game play or using other features of the Wii console.Comment

Re: Official Wii Discussion
Is anyone having video problems when playing Madden? I also have noticed it in Zelda. It's like certain areas are screwy. Pixels not right (flashing on and off).
Just need to know if it's the games or do I need to get ahold of Nintendo.Joshua:

Sky check the obvious. Make sure you have a good AV connection. Disconnect your AV cable from both your TV and Wii , then reconnect them. Bad connections can cause screwy stuff.Comment

Re: Official Wii Discussion
Now the good news. I read a lot about the customer service of Nintendo being great etc.. Now I experienced it.
Just got off the phone with them. They are sending me a new system (should have within 3-5 days) and once it gets here I just send back my old system.
Talk about peace of mind when it comes to dealing with a company. I've never had an issue with Nintendo hardware and now the first time I do I experience some great customer service.
