Re: Official Wii Discussion
I went to my girls' cousin's house last night were I played the Wii on thanksgiving and I played it again and watched her husband play for a while, we were playing Wii sports again and the he was playing Zelda and Steel blade or whatever that game is called, and he played madden too, and man I really don't like the Wii at all, I really don't see what all the fuss is about, the system to me is cool if your a kid or in your early teens, I just don't like the system at all, I just see the system as an minor upgrade over the game cube, another system I never had or care for, all well to each is own, I tried it again and nothing.N.Y Mets

Re: Official Wii Discussion
If you don't like Nintendo developed games you wouldn't like the Wii. My friends and I played bowling for hours the one night. I've been playing Zelda and having a blast. I had a PS3 but I sold it, heh, the Wii was a lot more fun for me and I already have a 360.Comment

So from what you have said, its not about the game play, its about the look and artistic path that Nintendo has taken which you feel is 'kiddy' and/or not powerful enough.
BTW, reading all the posts here, and seeing who has decided to pick up a Nintendo machine, its pretty insulting to say that the system would be cool if you were a kid or a pre-teen, as apparently that is not the case. Yes its your opinion, but that opinion seems more to justify the systems you do have than anything else.Comment

Re: Official Wii Discussion
your problem is you don't like the graphics, period. If the wii was the most powerful system out there and had all the blood and violence that its competitors have, you'd be all over it.

I traded in Madden 360 for Madden Wii. The 360 version kills it in graphics, do I care? Nope. Madden Wii is easily the most fun Madden I've ever played. I've had more fun in the last week with the Wii than any system in a long time.Comment

Re: Official Wii Discussion
I was finally able to score one yesterday at a local Target. I used that itrackr website and it sort of worked. They told me the Target by my work had them in stock so I rushed over there. I got there and was told they didn't have any but one 2 towns over did. I headed over there convinced that they'd be sold out or the person in front of me would buy the last one but they still had 5 left so I lucked out. I picked up Zelda and bought Super Mario Brothers and Ice Hockey on the shopping channel. It makes the perfect complimentary system for my 360. I had a blast with it yesterday and my daughter loved it too.PSN: ScoopBrady

I think you hit the nail on the head.

(had already played it once) and I'll be giving it to my nephews or trading it in. The Wii Madden is just flat out fun to play. I just have to watch my "attitude". The other day me and my nephews were playing (on the same team...another thing 360 version doesn't allow) and my youngest nephew forgot to put his arms up to catch a sure TD which would have won the game. We lost by 4. I said "next time you might want to raise your arms to catch the freaking ball!"Joshua:

I guess the 3 biggest things are 1: No co-op and 2: No cameras. 3: The been there done that feeling.
Your right about the Wii version as it does bring a new experience to the game.Joshua:
