I've said this several times in the Madden forums, but the Vita version is the best version of the game available this year.Comment

Re: Sony PSVITA Discussion
I just downloaded Persona 4 from the Vita store. I've played it for about 2.5 hours now and I understand just the basics of whats going on. I have never played a game like this before. It seem very overwhelming with all the choices of skills and personas. Can anyone give me a little crash course or tips or anything?
Is there any ever point in just regular attacking when you are suppose to find weaknesses with your personas?Comment

Well, regular attacking (or using physical persona attacks that cost HP to use), can save you from using a bunch of SP, which is basically your "limit" as far as how long you can stay in the TV World (at least in the beginning). When you've used it all up, you're going to find it very difficult to win tougher fights, and at that point it's usually best to call it a day and head back home. It's the only thing that keeps you from blowing through entire rescues in a day (though you still can if you get lucky with SP recovery item drops or Shuffle Time). There's also a Social Link that can help restore your SP, but it becomes prohibitively expensive to use unless you continue to rank up in that social link.
It also seems that I get more critical attacks with my normals than any others, which is another reason I'll use then instead of physicals sometimes. Some weapons also do certain status attacks on the enemy when they hit, too (and unlike most RPG's, status attacks are VERY useful in this one)Comment
