Can you play a Season or is it the Connected Careers?

It's last year's Franchise... AKA it's a thousand times better.

I've said this several times in the Madden forums, but the Vita version is the best version of the game available this year.

I bet the Vita and Wii U are the best versions of the game this year.

WiiU version still uses the new CCM, which is cool in theory, but not in execution. That mode doesn't even have a damn calendar to look at to easily view your schedule or what day you're playing on.

Last year's Franchise mode >>>>> CCM... by far IMO.

I just downloaded Persona 4 from the Vita store. I've played it for about 2.5 hours now and I understand just the basics of whats going on. I have never played a game like this before. It seem very overwhelming with all the choices of skills and personas. Can anyone give me a little crash course or tips or anything?

Is there any ever point in just regular attacking when you are suppose to find weaknesses with your personas?

I wrote up a pretty long post with some basics about the fusion system and some general tips a few pages back. That might help, and there's a lot of in-game help inside the Velvet Room too.

Well, regular attacking (or using physical persona attacks that cost HP to use), can save you from using a bunch of SP, which is basically your "limit" as far as how long you can stay in the TV World (at least in the beginning). When you've used it all up, you're going to find it very difficult to win tougher fights, and at that point it's usually best to call it a day and head back home. It's the only thing that keeps you from blowing through entire rescues in a day (though you still can if you get lucky with SP recovery item drops or Shuffle Time). There's also a Social Link that can help restore your SP, but it becomes prohibitively expensive to use unless you continue to rank up in that social link.

It also seems that I get more critical attacks with my normals than any others, which is another reason I'll use then instead of physicals sometimes. Some weapons also do certain status attacks on the enemy when they hit, too (and unlike most RPG's, status attacks are VERY useful in this one)

Quoted for added emphasis. This game is grossly underrated!

You play several events with each character. I don't know if that qualifies as a single player campaign or not.

I understand. Well it's the same kind of game regardless. I don't think the single player would "hold you over" then.

That game isn't really made for single-player. I'm sure it's fun, but like you, I'm not into Online gaming.
