Went to Ps store on the Vita and didn't see the option for ps1 classics anymore. What happened ?

Strangely, they're still on the store, but the category is missing. Use the top ad bar and scroll all the way to the right -- the PS1 Classics banner is still there. Odd.

Thanks! The flash sale for 99 cents is pretty cool, picking up tekken 2, wild arm series, maybe dino crisis series too.

I think GameStop is getting the slims in stock next week. May trade my launch model in and upgrade. Why did you think of the screen change?

What are they giving you for a trade-in? I'm debating between that and giving this one to my friend only if I can work with the LCD screen of the new Vita.

I think GameStop is getting the slims in stock next week. May trade my launch model in and upgrade. Why did you think of the screen change?

The colors aren't as good, but the trade off for the way it feels in your hands is something else. It no longer cramps my hands because its so light.

Yeah the slim being lighter helps a lot. My hands used to cramp up with the 1000. Amazon got a few bundles up for sale earlier today. Sony really messed this up with stock.

For the old Vita, I bought the nerf case and my hands stopped cramping.

I have to be honest -- I never understood why everyone complains about how the original Vita feels in their hands. I've never gotten a cramp from playing it, and I sometimes go for hours.

Just a heads up for anyone looking for a slim vita..amazon has them in stock now. I picked up the borderlands 2 bundle myself even though I already have the original. What can I say...im a sucker

I have to be honest -- I never understood why everyone complains about how the original Vita feels in their hands. I've never gotten a cramp from playing it, and I sometimes go for hours.

Some people may be arthritic, although that is not my issue. My issue may have to do with age, I'm in my 50's and still an avid gamer and my hands do cramp from time to time while playing my Vita and 3DS. Vita is better now that I have the Nerf Armour attached. Just some insight.

Anyone looking for a Slim should also check your local Gamestop, they all should of gotten 1-2 bundles in today. I was in the store today talking to my buddy when they came in and he said they haven't had inventory on these since release in May. Ouch Sony.

Here is the Gamescon lineup that they will be showing at the floor and the presentation. I think this is probably about the last big title we will see on the Vita, Minecraft. There is a Minecraft edition bundle releasing next month which should probably inject some life into hardware sales.

It's a real shame that Sony has pretty much given up on the Vita. I think if the 2000 model released in the Fall here in the US at a lower price point it could of turned things around. Of course the main culprit is those rip off memory cards.
