The only problem with no ads is channels like Vevo don't show up on YT.

      Re: Sony PSVITA Discussion

My Remote Play stopped working this evening. It was working for about twenty minutes, then I wasn't able to connect to it anymore. I tried to attach the cable to the PS4, lay it right on top of the PS4, re-sync it, everything. It won't connect.

I'd understand if it had something to do with the Internet connection or something, but it is my understanding through posts here that it doesn't access the Internet at all for it.

Going through all of my indie titles I picked up during the flash sale last month. Playing FEZ right now. Interesting concept and I like the relaxed vibe of the game.

How is the vita holding up for you owners? I'm about to get finally! I know there isn't much games but for MLB the show I'll get it. can't afford a ps4 so this will work.

Another question how is lcd screen compared to oled screen? Is there much of a difference in them and how long they last?

Also has any one picked up the borderlands 2 Ps vita bundle?

I love my Vita. I just picked up Rayman Legends in a PSN sale, so between that and Rogue Legacy, I'm getting a lot of playtime lately.

The LCD screen isn't as vibrant or sharp as the OLED screen, but the revamped LCD Vita has better battery life. Choose your poison! (I prefer the OLED screen above all.)

There are still games either coming out or already out that I want to play (most of which are JRPG localizations), so I have no intention of getting rid of it anytime soon. As long as games are still coming out that I want to play I'll hang on to it.

Can't comment on the difference in screens because mine is a launch Vita.

Vita is holding up very well for me. It's about to get heavy use as I'll be taking a pair of trips for work and will be gone for 15 days over the next 3 weeks. I've had mine since launch and love it, even if the amount of games I enjoy playing (I'm not a big JRPG guy like bcruise) aren't being turned out in a high quantity.

MLB The Show makes the Vita worth having for me. I do enjoy a lot of the indie games and recently bought a lot during last month's flash sale. The Telltale Games (Walking Dead, Wolf Among Us) are great as well. I'm working through The Walking Dead Season 2 at the moment.

I still have MGS 2 and Peace Walker to play on the Vita, as well as Tearaway and Final Fantasy X/X-2. Also picked up Unit 13 to play through the single-player campaign and scooped up Batman as well, so I've got more than enough games to last me.

I can't comment on the difference in screen as I've only used my launch model, which is an OLED.

I'm currently playing Persona 4 Golden on the Vita and I love it.

Really looking at the Sword Art Online game also.

Love that game. Probably my favorite Vita game. Working on finishing the playthrough of the second of the three kingpins.

The OLED screen is better, but that version of the Vita also has really bad ergonomics and weighs too much.

It's worth compromising on the screen and going with the slimmer, smaller Vita instead IMO

Rogue Legacy is amazing. I am currently playing that, PS1 version of Chrono Trigger and Swapper while waiting for The Show.

I have an old Vita and large hands so I bought the Nerf case and it fits perfectly.

Anyway, if Remote Play wasn't satisfying enough to use to watch MLB.TV on, it looks like Vita and PS TV are getting their own MLB.TV app in 2015. Very cool!
