Well I've had a few "Lockups/Buzzing" so far. A couple yesterday and so far twice today. Hope this isn't a big issue..
Once playing Scribblenauts and just now playing Madden...

Crosses fingers...

UPDATE: Madden just locked up again at same place.(Starting first game in CCM) Going to delete rosters and try again.. May just be a Madden thing with this one...

Ok Madden kept locking up when trying to play an online CCM game. I created an offline one and no issues.. and lost to Bills 21-17 in 1st pre-season game
Good thing I don't need an online one. lol

Damn I want to open this thing up, lol. Kids have made it clear that they don't want it but I'm just not sure that it could compete for time with my 360

Nintendo really needs to address the Wii U interface loading time. Navigating around this UI is way too slow.

Well I failed to pre-order the Wii U Deluxe, and even though i see the basic version in every store I still only want the Deluxe. Guess I'll be waiting a little longer

I know it takes about 15-20 seconds to load things like chat,eshop etc.. But curious what else you're seeing...

I guess I just mellowed out in my old age. 15-20 seconds to load up something isn't a big issue for me.
Probablty with future updates it will get faster as is the case with all systems..... at least hopefully.

My main issue is Madden frezzing when trying to play an online CCM and I "think" when an item you create (living) gets killed..Scribblenauts locks up.
Guess thats more game issues an not console... I hope lol

I got in last night, but I didn't see any demos. I did like the front end of the store... pretty solid for a Day 1 launch.

A Windows 8 PC shut down and can boot up in less time than it hypothetically takes the WiiU to load a chat window. That's ridiculous.

i have not seen any demos in the eshop...but there is a boat load of full retail games...p.s game id is ultralow....if u want to play online ac3,blop2,

i expect that loading times will be improved as they roll out firmware updates, i wouldn't grip too hard right now...
