Went on the store and everything worked fine. Got all the demos and videos I needed, etc.

Last night was a bit funky, but everyone was hammering it. Today is smooth.

So in the compensation pack you get a month free plus right? If so can you download all the free to Plus subscriber games and keep them after the trial? Plus what games are being offered?

I just sold my infamous for 10 bucks and my download the free copy oif all the rest suck balls

The way it worked before you didn't get to keep the games. Not sure if they will change it. I doubt it.

Do you really care where I sent this from?

I haven't been keeping tabs with the entire situation:

What's the process for getting our free stuff? Is it just simply listed as free so everyone can download it? I'm interested in Infamous and Wipeout... should I just hop on and DL it?

They havent announced how its going to work just yet so you cant get the free games right now.

The PlayStation Store is back online and thank you everyone for your patience. You will notice a huge lineup of new downloadable games, demos, add-on content, themes, avatars and videos. Also, PlayStation Plus has been updated with new full game trials, free games and DLC, free avatars and even more discounts.

You may have noticed that the content promised as part of the Welcome Back offer is not yet live. It is currently in the final stages of testing and will be available to download soon; we’ll be sure to let you know when.

The next PlayStation Store and PlayStation Plus update will be this Friday, June 3, and then we will roll right into some special publishes starting next week for E3 (so be sure to check back daily!).

The free stuff is not available just yet. I believe I read that it would be a couple of days before they get everything ironed out and make them available. Not sure how it works after that.

Seeing as I used to have both Infamous and Little Big Planet I'm going to get both of those since I get to keep them "forever" now and for free... Maybe now I'll be able to finally get into DC Universe Online... I was having fun with the Beta but just couldn't seem to find time to play the retail copy and thought I'd have to pay to play if I wanted to play again but now that I have 30-45 days of free play I can hopefully get back into it... I hope I can arrange some game time with my cousin who also has the game

LBP and Infamous for me. Going to play online with a buddy back home in LBP and then Infamous I'm going to replay doing the evil stuff instead. I don't remember anything from Infamous so it'll be a new game again atleast.

I bet they do like the awards voting, they put the five in a special group and once you "buy" two the group goes away.

Fans of battle oriented RTS games, this looks good. It's $19.99, but $10 for Plus Subscribers.

Sony investigating another hack

A hacker group says it has attacked SonyPictures.com and stolen more than one million passwords, e-mail addresses and other information.

Sony said it was aware of **** Security's statement and was investigating, the Associated Press reported.
In April, hackers broke into Sony's PlayStation Network and stole data from more than 77 million accounts.
That attack was considered the biggest in internet history and led to Sony shutting down the PlayStation Network and other services for almost a month.
In a statement on Thursday, **** Security said it had hacked into a database that included unencrypted passwords as well as names, addresses and dates of birth of Sony customers.
"From a single injection, we accessed EVERYTHING," it said. "Why do you put such faith in a company that allows itself to become open to these simple attacks?"
The group also recently claimed responsibility for hacking the website of the PBS network and posting a fake story in protest of a new programme on WikiLeaks.

I know this isn't on the PSN but its still against Sony. Just another reminder to be safe putting your credit card info on there. Stick with the pre paid cards guys.
