When will the free games deal be live? I can't find it if it already is.

I'm sure this has been asked 10 million times but, I cannot log into PSN. It says my password has expired and sends me an email to reset it. When I got to reset it says that the site is down for maintence. Any help?

If you haven't done anything to your PSN (i.e. purchase PlayStation Plus or a Qore subscription or anything like that) I say create a new PSN until you are able to get through on the site and change your password.

Have you tried to sign in directly from the PS3 already?

If it's saying you have five systems activated, then chances are you do. More than likely, it's one of the many you've owned previously, and you never deactivated them.

I have always deactivated my consoles. So is there something I can do or call Sony?

As long as you've always used the same PSN, then yes, I think you can. I would at least try that first before anything else.

Have you logged into your account on any one else's system at any time? I recall you having owned several systems in the past, correct? They are pretty accurate with the DRM activations... either way, they should be able to reset your activations to 1 (your current system) as a one time courtesy:

                      1-800-345-7669

Hopefully they haven't become too stringent on this as a result of the security breach.

Yes Sony will take care of it. Call them. Happened to me to. With 4 refurb fattys (all gone now), 2 slims, and 3 psps I reached my limit. I called them and they deactivated all of them. Then I just reactivated the ones I still owned.

A couple weeks ago when the PSN got its latest patch and everyone got back online the system forced you to change your password, did you not get that? You had to change your password from the PS3, not the website at that time. Not sure if you can do it from the website or not now.
