Same experience here bcruise.

Errors a few times after inputting and even at the confirm page after the code is accepted.

I was also able to add funds with a pre-paid card and purchase the Rockstar pass also with also a couple minor hiccups but eventually it all goes through.

Downloading a couple stuff in the background now.

just downloaded the 1stcall of duty black ops map pack today ....and when I tried to get into the first strike playlist ....it says i must download the map pack....wtf?

I moved to Oman ( Asia) and have an Asian(PAL) PS3...but I 'm playing my games using a US account....the download points i purchased were from the US...

Is there a region conflict somewhere? or it's not supposed to matter? Do I need to create an Asian account? buy Asian points? Hard to find that here in oman.

Or maybe it has something to do with PSn just getting back up....any clues??

Also, for those attempting to download the Noire cases or any redeem any other code - as long as you get past the code entering portion and see the download screen without the store erroring on you, you're good. Even if it goes out after that, just pull up your download list and the content will be there for you to try downloading again. Finally, you'll probably want to use the download in background option because even if the store flops your download won't be cancelled.

And for those wondering, I errored 3 times while trying to enter the first code and it still accepted it - I wouldn't worry about it not letting you enter that code again (and locking out the code) even if the store fails.

Yep. After a couple errors at download screen the Naked City finally downloaded and installed.
THEN:
I entered the code for the Consuls Car and it showed what it was but errored out a few times. Then it started saying code was invalid or used already. So I backed out and it was listed in my download history. I re-downloaded it (even though I never had downlaoed it yet) and it downloaded and installed fine.
