I'm really liking this TWITCH app, just seen this dude playing Planetside 2 it looks really good (of course he was on PC.) But I can't wait til TWITCH on XO and people start broadcasting their sports games like Madden it's going to be fun to watch.

Yeah, but you can't do it on the comfort of you couch and it's not convenient and integrated in the console where more console users will use it.

Yeah.. yeah you can do it from the comfort of your own couch.

            ..and it's very convenient.

And I HIGHLY doubt that more users are going to use it on the Xbox than the PC.

I don't think he was saying console user will use it more than pc. It looks like to me he is making the comparison between consoles of old vs this. Looks like he is saying console users didn't really use twitch and now more will which I believe will be the case. But that is how I took it though. So i could be wrong.

That feeds to your laptop and requires specific software to upload live to the internet, not to mention the fee for the PVR, which is on average $200.

Utilizing Twitch is an added bonus for the Xbox One and many will enjoy it, just like they do on the PC and just like many will do with Ustream on the PS4.
Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.

For those that are familiar with these services/products - is there a difference between them? Anything I should factor in to a X1 vs. PS4 decision?

Twitch is far better, and more popular (gaming wise) than ustream (more competition, famous youtubers on twitch ...)

Ustream is not exclusive to the PS4, and i'm pretty sure twitch said the PS4 was also a possibility so ... we'll see. But as of now, MS got a nice deal.

News: Microsoft has confirmed that they will have an adapter to allow you to use your Xbox 360 headset on Xbox One.

Yeah, basically I was saying that the XboxONE will put TWITCH on the map, it's one of their main features, they showed it off at E3. Also with everyone having Kinect users will easily be able to create their own channel and stream their games.
