I've always been a one console person. But I have to ask the guys that have multiple consoles, how well does that work? I couldn't imagine trying to switch control schemes on a daily basis. I'd constantly be making mistakes! It's got to be a heck of an adjustment. Albeit brief for those versed in it, but an adjustment nonetheless.

Its not nearly as hard as you'd think. I think adjusting to the X button is my only hiccup. Takes a few minutes to adjust to that.

It's rough if you don't switch every couple of days.

Anytime I don't play one system for an extended period of time, I'll have to sit there and press each individual button before I actually start anything in the game (which is rough if I'm playing COD and I forget that it's hardcore. Nothing like tossing a grenade at your teammates).

The control schemes don't need to be changed really. Same controls just different lettering.

That was / is the main issue with Nintendo controller. they flipped the controls on the buttons lol..
That was an issue with Madden on WiiU.
Don't have any issues with going from PS3 to 360

Yes it is an adjustmet but being that i go threw it often enough i've gotten use to it but hey it still hard when playing a game for long periods of time and then switching.

Yeah that's what I was getting at. I have a hard enough time switching between games. I'll play on game and then I put in COD and I'm all thumbs for a couple matches until it comes back to me!

Very excited for what microsoft is trying to do with this cloud stuff. some developers like respawn think this could be huge. I hope everything they are sayin comes thru, better for online games and gamers.

I'd have more of an issue bouncing between different controllers if I had to use a 3rd scheme on my PC too, but thankfully it's been an entire generation of games supporting the 360 gamepad rather than numbers for buttons.

Don't know what's holding me back at this point, but I've yet to pull the trigger on a pre-order. I think part of me wants just wants to wait it out and hear some feedback first, while the other, slightly less practical part of me, knows I'm going to end up getting it no matter what.

Ive never had an issue with both systems. I use the 360 primarily for gaming and my PS3 as a Bluray player and for the Show.

Yeah, and I have a feeling that will flip for me come release. The PS4 seems like a more down to earth gaming system, so I'll probably be using that for third party and first party releases, while I'll be using the One for exclusives and other stuff like TV/Movies.

We can say what we want about this upcoming generation of consoles, but the thing I'm most excited for is how much they complement each other.

That's me pretty much as well. I primarily game on the 360, and picked up a PS3 about two years after launch for BluRay and The Show.

However, I also loved the God of War games, Killzone 2 was fun, the Uncharted series was amazing, F1 Championship, and Heavy Rain. Still PS3 game purchases were quite infrequent by comparison.

I hated the PS3's interface too....but came to appreciate it after the last two 360 dashboard 'updates' ruined the cool of the 360 dash for me.

Good to be back. Anyway, I have never used a PS controller. Only systems I have had are Xbox, 360, and PC gaming prior to that.

Is it tough to switch to a Dualshock? I love the 360 controller and the Xbone controller looks great.
